This Hotel was completely misrepresented in the Expedia reviews. There was no front office, check in was at an off premise Dive shop, there was trash strewn about and the room smelled of mold. A clear health risk. Seems to be in financial distress as the manager refused even a partial refund. There is a brand new Hotel right next door called the Compass Margaritaville which we highly recommend. Mr. & Mrs. VT

We found dead bugs (better than alive!), and the hot water didn’t work.

Nice short walk to harbor. My Booking.com reservation was a pet-friendly room. While enroute, an employee called and asked if we had a pet. I did not and agreed to switch to a different room. I was still charged for the pet cleaning fee of $70, which the desk clerk said should be refunded, but management refused. Booking.com could not get management to negotiate and gave us a credit for a future booking. The room itself was well-worn, dishwasher didn’t work, shower current and shower was moldy (see photos). The room closest to the road had loud traffic noise.

Housekeeping added many touches to help improve the look of the room since the furniture is outdated. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. We had issues getting hot water.

Excellent value! The rooms are very clean. It’s a little older but everything is taken care of and clean!

Every thing you need for an extended stay. Great location on a quiet dead end street. Really gets quiet after dark The check in and out process is far from what it needs to be. There’s several things wrong with the process however and the people. I don’t like saying anything negative it’s my opinion the people know and hopefully will fix soon

Check in and out was easy. Room was clean and spacious for a studio. My dishwasher was broken but not a big deal for 2 days. Good value for a beach destination.

Loved the large covered porch, the convenience of a kitchenette, the close proximity to downtown. I sat outside on the porch every day. Covered parking on site. This place is not fancy but met all our needs perfectly. It is a very good value for the money. It is the perfect combination of the convenience of a cottage rental for long term stay with hotel services . Housekeeping services provided every day if you want.
