The only downfalls were the hot tub didnt work and the fan in my restroom didn't work. Other than that it was a great place to stay

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and stocked. The staff was ok. Front desk was ok and breakfast staff was ok. The popcorn machine wasn’t used at the front most of the time we were there. There was cucumber water offered at the front and that was nice.

1st room was slept in and there was not room cleaner that had been I there at all. Sheets and towels were all over the floors and used. 2nd room smelled like hell and the ac did not work. 3rd room had dirty sheets and bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Hotels.com tried to offer us a different location to your liking. We declined because we are older and have a difficult time seeing and driving at night, thus the one night stop to reach our destination. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff was nice and breakfast was decent Smells like mold had to clean ac filter and jiggle top of ac to get it to kick into cold but worked good after that. Also no water pressure

Clean, breakfast was good Snacks and necessities in the lobby store were outrageously priced, the only washing machine they had didn’t work, the ac in the room was strange it got either too cold or too warm, other than that my stay was pleasant

I appreciate the clean room,breakfast and the friendly staff. What my wife and I didn’t like were the bugs we must came at the wrong time of year they were everywhere .

Someone on my floor had some smelly fish and it was unbareable. Hosuekeeping had to come on the second floor and spray.

The hall carpet on the second floor where I stayed was dirty. The lavatory in our room was clogged, very slow drainage, There wasn't a complete set of towels.
