I would not stay here again. Staff were very nice but cleanliness and safety of hotel lacking.

Both of our key cards did not work properly. It took many tries for it to work. We reported it to the front desk.

Bathroom mirror back light did not work. Reported deficiency first day. No repair made. On the third day my room was not cleaned and I had no clean bathroom towels for that evening. Front desk gave me fresh towels but this all was a major in convenience due to my work schedule.

Great experience from check in. Angele was friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for me and my younger child. I highly recommend, if you’re in Beaumont, located close to everything I need

My stay was great! The staff are friendly and have always assisted in any issues or needs.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I spoke with the manager prior to leaving and she assured me she would remedy the issues I had.

The room itself was nice but I can tell that the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a plastic fork under the sink and dark streaks on the floor. It hadn’t been swept. The bed sheets were clean, however. The ac wasn’t working the greatest. Instead of it being cool it would get hit then cool off. We only stayed one night so we endured. Sadly, I expected more for a newer hotel. On a lighter note, the breakfast was good.

Everything was clean and I enjoyed my stay. The only thing was that the shower faucet at the bottom of the tub was a little loose. I really liked that this location had fresh popcorn and little snacks in the evening for guests to enjoy. The staff was very friendly as well.

Came home one evening and two large bugs in the room. Fruit flies in the breakfast area. Carpets were very stained and apparent it wasn’t even vacuumed
