Comfort Inn & Suites Beeville

The room was a little damp and musty upon arrival, but the AC cured the issue quickly. The room/hotel was well worth the price.

The eggs were very salty for breakfast. This is a one-off situation. I always stay here when working in Beeville area. The service is always good and breakfast good.

Nice breakfast

The staff here are so nice but the hotel is not maintained. We were in the first floor and the carpet was gross. Our room smelled funky and the hallway smelled of straight up pot. The pool needs better upkeep as it was dirty and the door/gate to the pool was broken. The pool was not just for guests as people from the community came and went to use the pool. I stayed here because of the reviews but personally, I won’t stay here again. I came to Beeville to visit some family and normally stay in Kennedy.

The pool I had a very bad experience with someone banging at my door in the middle of the night , I had to call my parents to come get me and my children . I ended up having a panic attack because of the situation I could not stay the night I was to scared, contacted management there are no cameras on the floor and the hotel room did not have a working phone . I was terrified of the situation I would like my money back . I spoke with employees at the hotel they stated that I have to file a complaint with booking.com first and then they will approve it .

The staff. The swimming pool was not maintained. Needed cleaning, had green algae , bugs and human hair floating around. The lawn around the property was not maintained as well. Huge fire ants on on of the entry ways. The room was fair, but the whole property needs work.

Location I'm extremely disappointed with my stay and the way my concerns were handled. When I first entered my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There were beer cans, Whataburger trash, and other trash left behind, and the bedsheets appeared to be messed up and not properly changed. When I brought these concerns to the front desk, the staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. I was eventually moved to another room, but unfortunately, that room also did not feel properly cleaned. The toilet paper appeared to have already been used, and there was Gatorade trash and other items left behind that I did not use. One of the beds also had a strong smell of sweat and what seemed like unwashed sheets, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I also had an issue with the refrigerator in the room not working. I was eventually moved to another room, but unfortunately, that room also did not feel properly cleaned. What is most frustrating is that I have been trying to contact the hotel for the past two days to address these issues, and the phone simply rings with no answer. I have also received no response regarding my concerns. I paid to stay at a hotel and expected a clean, properly maintained room and basic customer service.

We checked out the pool but could not swim. The pool was closed. We had a nice warm breakfast and the service was very nice. The staff was excellent in their service. We also had a couple drinks at the bar at 5 pm when it opened. Very nice girl who waited on us there. Thank you

I booked my Mother a room here , twice ! She had a great experience with the room as well as the staff! She will be back next week!

Hotel was poorly maintained.

There was many issues, tore in carpet, AC not working well, missing desk chair, dog piss on the bed skirt, dirt and grim on desk, a working tv sitting infront of a non working tv, low water pressure in shower.

this was the worst hotel we have stayed at and was very disappointed, when we drove up the grass was so high I was so nervous to let my dogs out and the dumpster hadn't been emptied it looked like in a while since there was trash all around it, the breakfast was a joke and for the price it was not worth the stay but it maybe do to being in a poor town. The staff was nice didn't understand why so many was there just sitting at the tables talking I mean someone could have mowed the grass anyway it was ok but never again

What’s the point of a free breakfast if they only fill it once. Breakfast started at 6 AM. I’d be there by 6:25 due to working night shift and all the construction guys would have cleaned it out by then every morning. No refills in sight. Very unfortunate as it’s the main reason I booked this hotel. Hotel staff very stand offish. Be advised this is a WORKING hotel meaning you have people of all shifts in there. Idk why some housekeepers kids kept knocking on my door when I was trying to sleep during the day

We were very pleased with everything about this Comfort Inn including the cheerful and helpful staff. Room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent!
