ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The building is a very very old and shoddy building. Wyndham should inspect the buildings before allowing the property to come under the Wyndham family name. The chair by the desk was full of dog hair. The building is a very very old and shoddy building. Wyndham should inspect the buildings before allowing the property to come under the Wyndham family name. The chair by the desk was full of dog hair. Trash and cigarette buds all over outside. A certain stench of very old carpet as soon as one enters. Would not pay more then $20.00 per night at that place. Horrible. The lady at the reception did not know how to run the computer, plus the antique computer was not functioning properly so there was a long wait to check in. Extremely old furnishings. Absolutely no security anywhere.

Wont ever stay here again. When i first got there to check in the front desk said "you want to go to Baymont". I said i had a reservation and they said oh. I think they were training a new person as there were 2 ppl and only one was doing anyrhing and that was very slow. Finally got my room key and went to the room after about 30 minutes and i did the pre check in as well. The room wasnt to bad but there was still trash in the can by the night stand. Just after 10 pm some guy opened the door and said oh sorry and left. Thats when i remembered to lock the door. Next time ill just go somewhere else. I do not reccomend thisbplace at all.

The morning staff very nice Evening shift okay, wasn't too sure about what room we were in. Called to let them know about the TV, wasn't working. They didn't have much of an answer for me, or didn't offer another room. They said they would send someone but no one ever came.

as mentioned i had to move rooms 2 times, first room the door didnt want to open at all even after changing keys, when i first got the the door was already opened and one of the pillows was on top of the phone, the second room a/c didnt work, the final room the tub was dirty and the water didnt drain, at this point i was just tired and didnt want to move rooms but it was such a draining experience

The beds were hard, smelled like cigarettes.

overall, they need plenty of training on customer service and friendliness.
