Belleair Beach Resort Motel

Had the beach front room. Was so beautiful. Pool was perfect temp. Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean very accommodating. Area with donated beach chairs etc to use. One of the beds had a big indentation on one side which did not help my back issues. Pool hours weren't the best which after pool was closed, there was no staff on property to realize that a big group of people continued to somehow get in pool area with coolers and alcohol, playing loud music late hours into the night. I did call after hours number in which about an hour later it did get quiet. Parking lot very packed with small parking spots. But still the positives out weight the small inconveniences. Still 10 out of 10 and will be back next chance I get!

Location was great and the private beach. My room smelled moldy but again it’s Florida

Exceptional

This place is a hidden gem. We can't wait to go back!

Exceptional

Amazing location. Nothing everything was amazing!

The beach access Not very clean. Bedding and towels worn. The room, and especially the bathroom, were very dated. Kitchen so tiny only one person could stand in it.

Awesome beach access. Great sunsets/views. Helpful staff. Older but well maintained/updated facilities. No complaints.

The location and access to the beach. The room close to front desk very fall for the beach.

I just got home from there. It was ohh, my God fabulous.I'm already looking to book for another weekend.Oh, everything was spectacular. The property, the beach employees.Oh my gosh awesome Nothing.

Location Not crowded

Location was great. Dead cockroach by bed. Very outdated . Crumbs inside of stove. Refrigerator smelled.

Howies pizza in Clearwater, ~10 minutes away had a great chicken, bacon ranch pizza, best on our trip, fast. Pool was relaxing, ocean-view Tiki tables to sit and eat and relax were great.

Beautiful beach views!

Exceptional

We loved that fact that the property is right on the beach just walk out to it. They had chairs and tables with tiki hut. You could just lounge and watch the sunset while being on the property. The rooms were clean and comfy. The ice is located in the office which closes and the pool is closed early. The parking spaces were tight.

Best place for beach vacation without crowds!

Location, location, location!! The tenants above were extremely noisy. Other than that, it was good!
