I have no complaints about this hotel. It’s just what you need and it’s so walkable. I don’t even know if there are any steps up or down between the parking lot and the beach. It was so easy and so quaint. It looks like a hotel and Elvis movie could’ve been filmed at I really think we will return again. The beach was beautiful and so empty it felt so private.

Being right on the beach. There were gaps in door frame, large roach bugs, bed was very hard and lumpy, no blow dryer, no access to ice machine after 8pm.

The perfect little beach escape! The location is simply amazing. If you can, definitely book an ocean-view room — waking up to the sea is something else! You’re literally just a few steps from the beach, so you can walk out barefoot, jump into the water and be back in your room before you’ve even had time to find your flip-flops . The area is peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous homes, with a lovely quiet pool and a wonderfully uncrowded beach. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and think, “Yep… I could get used to this.” ☀️ The only downside was that we asked if we could leave our car in the parking lot for a couple of extra hours after check-out, and were given a very firm “no” . It surprised us a little, as this was the only hotel during our Florida road trip where we weren’t allowed to do so. Apart from that, everyone was absolutely lovely, both at check-in and check-out. We’d come back without hesitation! ❤️

It was a great stay and we will definitely be back! Right on the beach and was very relaxing. Not very busy which is just how we like it. Nice staff and very nice rooms. We came here right after staying at a “5 star resort” in Orlando and this place was better!

Belleair Beach Resort is a hidden gem. To be honest we were skeptical pulling in the parking lot, doesn’t look like much from the front. Upon checking in the lobby is inviting, clean, receptionist was friendly, kind and helpful. We highly recommend staying here, the views out back are stunning, relaxing and beautiful. Rooms are quaint, comfortable and clean.

Old school beachfront motel. As described. Loved the location. Removed from party central, but not far to restaurants. Access to the beach is unbeatable. Our first time to the Clearwater coast and we will be back!
