This is our second time staying on property. It’s always a good time, and a beautiful beach vacay.

Loved the pool, private beach was beautiful. But we do need to address the smoking area. No matter your stance on smoking, vaping, etc. we deserve a pleasant area just like any other guest amenity. Smokers don't want to infringe on non-smokers' rights anymore than they want their rights to be infringed upon. The smoking section was horrible! Hot, no umbrella for shade or protection from rain. Near the dumpster with transients walking by after midnight. I felt unsafe and that's not acceptable. Traffic cones and garbage nearby. There has to be a better way to accommodate all your guests. I am not a person that makes plans around smoking but if I would like to have an occasional cigarette I should be able to in a pleasant, safe environment.

My family enjoyed here. Give this place a chance. We are for sure coming back.

This motel was fantastic, very clean and in a great location. The Clearwater area has become so commercialized and places like this are truly a hidden gem! The staff was great and we loved meeting Allen too!

Clean rooms. Nice helpful staff. Budget friendly. Beautiful view. Will stay here again.
