Rooms were clean and staff was friendly my issue which is huge is the AC is not adjustable and not cold at all.

Great location, friendly staff, and outstanding customer service. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to others. I look forward to staying here again!

I don’t know what housekeeping staff opens a door at 8 in the morning, even with the latch and then undoes the latch before coming into the room. Absolutely not acceptable . Poor communication all around. The room itself was fine , but lots of little unclean problems throughout , and the elevator was nasty , everything smelled like weed . And more .

I love staying here when I come to Belton. It’s always clean and very nice staff!!

The room was nice and the staff was great. The only issue was we were there for 3 nights and there was no room service at all. We had to call for towels. I also feel they should put everyone with pets should be on the first floor. We were on the second floor and there was a large dog that barked so much we couldn't sleep. We had to call the staff and we believe they took care of the issue because 1/2 hour after call, we heard the dog in the hallway and then the night was quiet.

What an excellent place to stay and relax! This property is very clean, very quiet to be right on i35 and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the rooms cleanliness and maintenance wasn’t the best. I was attending a wedding and I used the iron in the room on my white shirt. As I was using the iron I realized the iron was dirty with some sort of dark sticky residue that left spots on my brand new dress shirt. Floors and walls were also dirty as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped for a while. Sink was also in bad condition. Hard to explain but I took pictures. I would’ve gotten over all those issues if my shirt didn’t get ruined by a dirty iron provided by hotel.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful, the room was freezing cold, which my wife loved. Surprisingly good breakfast, would definitely stay again.
