Nothing, they were supposed to refund my money to booking.com and booking said they could not come to an agreement and we didn't even stay there. Everything especially no hot water..its a dump and no hot water...beware!

Old used bar of soap and hair was left in shower from previous booker. Paint all over floors and dust covered everything from work done on the room beyond the cleanliness the stay was okay.

It was clean and I got the rest I needed before the had to go

Very cheap for Aussie in US, Wotif said breakfast included- not the case. No facilities to make coffee or tea. Shower terrible just a trickle

Office staff not friendly

Office staff needs a lot of training very unprofessional & does not accommodate the needs of guest. If u book online & want to extend your stay they make you check out & come bk at 3pm just to put u back in the same room I've been behind the desk working at a few hotels & never have we not been able to extend the stay! Never have I ever had to do this at any other hotel have I ever stayed at!!! & My light in bathroom didn't work nor did I have a working TV that I could watch let office know & there's nothing they could do for me ....

Room was dirty, there was grass in the sheets, bathroom was dirty. Trash bags were piled at the end of the stairway, had to move it just to go up. There were basically no curtains on the window overlooking the back. When we checked in, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come running from the club next door. Trash everywhere, will NEVER NEVER book there again. Terrible, awful experience.

The rooms were not clean at all, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures, also the smell of smoke was horrendous, it was a “smoking free” rooms but still the smell of it was very obvious that they don’t care for that, oh and the pool…disgusting it looked like still water.

Avoid at all costs! Sheets were completely stained, customer service was absolutely terrible. There were even stains on the wall, how do you get stains on the wall?

Not much to like Door to our room didn’t lock, there was a bucket under our sink & they gave us the wrong room in the beginning

I need a refund and youbpeople tell me i cant donthat thrunyou andbthey said to do this from refund thru you. Here is what happened i scheduled a day later then i was coming talked to the front desk at the hotel and she told mebno problem she would change it so i get there at 11pm and the guy wirking said i didnr have a room for the night trying to charge me 65.00 for the night. Didbt have the moneu. I had to stay in my car all night mind you it was velow freezing and by noon the next day i was in the hospital for 2 days. Im 57 years old lung problems and i couldnt get in touch with you then. Full refound
