Disappointing

Really nice place. Staff at lobby could be more helpful and give some advice instead of just repeating the website. Gen Z staff could learn to smile and welcome guests.

Place is amazing, clean and staff is very courteous. Not much choice at restaurant

It’s a nice layout definitely golf resort vibes. Not enough to do on said property. And the store needs to be open later as well as the restaurants.

Great place to visit. The only downside is that many bees and bugs got on the pool and no one was available to take them out . I got stung with one of them. Be aware

This was our second time staying here. We love absolutely everything about this place! Wasn't one thing we could possibly complain about. This place is wonderful!

It was fine. I was there for surgery the next day so I really didn’t even check out the amenities My room was as far as you could get from the elevators, like I said I was getting a full hip replacement the next morning

Staff was nice, I wish I would have been there for something other than work. The front restaurant/cafe/bar thing seemed inconsistently staffed.

Great place to stay! Extremely courteous and helpful employees. They take god care of you from the moment you pull in to when you leave. Nice pools and room and beautiful golf course

Wonderful property and experience. Highly recommend for a restful retreat.

Rooms were comfortable and beautiful with well kept grounds and landscape . The restaurants served very good food. We were visiting for a wedding and the reception dinner was very good and the service was excellent . It is a remote destination for a wedding we were attending …once you’re here there is nothing else remotely close. Many of us were from out of state and either drove a great distance or flew into Bend . We would all be arriving at different times but the resort had no rooms available until 4 pm . Most attendees arrived well before 4 pm according to their flights and had to wait hours to get checked in . With literally nothing to do for hours . That is unacceptable , for this reason alone I would not visit again . The resort did not service rooms daily either , no fresh towels unless you asked for a set and no maid service , we had to make our own beds . This is an expensive resort that can’t do the basics is rather disappointing .

Peloton in gym

The place was beautiful - however the room smelled like a litter box and after using a dark roast pod I asked for another and the staff said they don’t have them. I also thought it was a little weird to have a sauna by the pool and it not be a free amenity- I’ve been to several other spa hotels where it was included. Besides those things, the food at iris was great, the cleanliness seemed meticulous.
