The room was very clean. I wasn’t crazy about the bed pillows though.Other than that everything was great. Would stay again.

Staffed in the morning by a woman insisting she “wouldn’t vouch” for another employee while a man she knew—ostensibly another employee—occupied with his bulk the bulk of the lobby couch and stared the television, agreeing passively and lazily. A very strange tableau that matched the class inside the rooms. The grounds are fair at best, the showerheads very loose, the wallpaper barely hanging on. The AC worked well, though. I’m not sure where the hotel’s namesake is supposedly reflected, but for over $250/night, some measure of quality could be expected.

Clean room, good breakfast
-
Good place to stay, it’s an older hotel but it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when in Bend visiting family!

Only 2nd floor rooms left but the elavator wasn’t working. The room was ok. Found a couple hairs that weren’t mine. Kinda far from everything. The worst part was the breakfast. Yes I know it was free but super low quality. Yuck.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was really convenient. It was close to plenty of shops and restaurants, and only about 15 minutes from Big Sky Park, which made getting back and forth for the tournament easy. The pool was a little smaller than we expected. We were the only ones using it when we went in, so it worked out great, but a large group came in after we left and it got pretty packed. The breakfast area being located in the lobby was a little different, and the kids weren’t big fans, but it had the usual breakfast options and was convenient to grab something before heading out. This was a clean, comfortable place to stay with friendly service and a great location. Far from luxury but it was exactly what we needed for a tournament weekend.

A little outdated and worn but clean and friendly

Thank you so much!

Didn’t like the toilet was dirty

The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds were dirty. Plastic garbage bags at both side entrances, stairs weren’t vacuumed and at 3:30 my room wasn’t even ready and the staff seemed surprised that I was there. On the computer, the room was listed as clean and ready. The alarm clock was broken and so was the touch pad on the microwave. There was no place to charge personal devices, so bring your own plug-ins. Over all, I was disappointed and won’t stay there again.

The room so old and the smell was awful
-
Breakfast was good enough except the eggs. I'm not expecting glamour here but they really were not edible in my opinion. The sink drain in the room was stuck closed and not operable.
-
it was okay the garage on the side could be attended to more. but over all was a okay place to stay

Good hotel

Bed was not comfortable. The mattress cover was too small and so we slept on wrinkles. Also the mattress sagged. Property was very difficult to access. You can’t make a left hand turn from the extremely busy highway into the property.

Room wasn't ready when arrived at 5;30pm. Ran out of toilet paper and room was dirty!
-
Room was very small, dirty and beds were not comfortable. Drains in both sink and tub did not drain well. The second floor is only accessible by stair which wasn't easy with a handicap person.

Was not expecting pet fee until I recieved an email after it was to late to cancel
