Best part beds were comfortable and clean, the pool was nice too. As a disclaimer, the hotel did say that guests with pets would get smoking rooms. But the property is smoke free. So that means these rooms were in the past used as smoking rooms and you could still smell the smoke. So if you don’t mind a property that needs work, but the beds and towels are clean, this is your place.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, A/C worked *really* well, and we slept fine. Virtually no complaints to make.

The room was huge and was incredibly big for the price so it was a steal for our large family. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room size and staff made the stay. Even being so close to the highway it was really quiet too which was nice. And the jetted tub was fun.

My room was perfect. Front desk staff were so very helpful and so very friendly. Breakfast was a great option and was fresh hot and tasty. I will stay here again if I come back to Benton. This was truly the best small motel I have ever stayed at. I rate this hotel right up there with the expensive fancy hotels.

Older property but overall room and property clean. Very nice staff and breakfast are clean. Pool was nice and we enjoyed using it.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The room needs updating. Carpet needs replacing.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was on time. Coffee was strong. Bed was comfortable. The TV was huge. Great water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Slept like a baby.

The hotel was a last min stay for us on a trip to Tennessee. It was decent. The staff was very nice and sweet with us checking in at 11pm. The ac worked but didnt get as cold as we liked but that was just our preference. The beds were comfy. And didnt see any major issues with anything. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Only thing we did mention to the front desk at check out was the shower rod was not up straight which made the curtain not stay in place, making the floor get wet when using the shower. Other that that the bed was perfect, room was clean, staff was friendly. Will be staying there again if in the area.
