Room was clean and spacious but had no fan in the bathroom! The breakfast wasn’t up to expectations! Nice to have an egg chef but fruit options weren’t very good, and pastries looked to be commercial vs from a bakery. No fan in the bathroom

We were chased out by the staff name, Myesha. It was an awful and unpleasant. I wanna write an official complaint on the staff, Myesha. She was rude, unprofessional, and bullied us.

Honestly, such a disappointment. The room was dirty, the staff was rude when I told them that I would like the room cleaned properly. I couldn't switch rooms, I was traveling alone with my kids. This hotel use to be so nice!

Such a nice hotel felt relaxing and staff was amazing!

Breakfast buffet and omelet station was very good. Staff was excellent. John and Brad were great. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Reading lights on the bed didn’t work. Maintenance replied promptly and said the reply’s were unavailable. Restaurant service was good. Food was fine.

The room was clean and a good size. Although I didn't utilize the facilities, I applied the fact that they were available. The location was ideal. It was close to Rt 78 and 22. Everything was good during my stay.
