my family like the mattress a lot since it is not very soft staff all are nice

We enjoyed our overnight in our comfy (& clean) room, and a very nice variety of breakfast items, The staff were friendly & helpful. I especially liked having 5 lamps altogether, & a fan in the bathroom!

The staff was friendly, the breakfast selection was good, the room was comfortable, the parking was nice and the services were accessible. There did not seem to be 24/7 help at the front desk. I'm not sure if that was listed but I feel more comfortable knowing that there is someone always at the front desk next to the entrance.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Fitness room had very few machines and no free weights.

Clean, good breakfast, courteous staff and convenient location for us. The mattress was a little hard for my husband but we both slept well.

This is a good hotel for a functional stay. The swimming pool was cold so we didn’t go in which was a shame. But the beds were comfortable and everything else fine. Would love to have china plates and proper cultural rather than paper and plastic at breakfast.

The drain in the bath didn't work that well, it seemed like it may have been clogged when we got there.

The bed was comfortable. Before my arrival, I received a voicemail message asking me to confirm my reservation, even though I had already confirmed my stay online. It was frustrating to have to call back and confirm a second time. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no attendant at the front desk. After waiting, I left to look for another place to stay, but because I couldn't find another available hotel, I returned, checked in, and went directly to my room. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, both the room and bathroom were noticeably dated and in need of renovation. The refrigerator was unstable, wobbled when touched, and looked as though it should have been replaced long ago. My first night (Friday) was unpleasant. Around 9:00 p.m., I called the front desk to report loud music with heavy bass that sounded like a constant "sneaker in the dryer" thumping. I was told to call back if it continued. That response was unacceptable. I made it clear that if the noise wasn't addressed, I would contact the police. The noise stopped shortly after i received a call back from the attendant. The second night (Saturday) was even worse. There was what sounded like either gunfire in the parking lot or someone clearing the chamber of their gun discharging multiple rounds. I stayed in my room because I didn't feel safe. Out of concern, I looked up crime information for the area and learned it has a reputation for high crime, including reports of human trafficking. I was relieved to check out at 6:15 a.m. on Sunday. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the excessive noise and serious safety concerns made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I will not be returning.

The soap and shampoo provided were not sufficient for our stay. Because housekeeping is not available daily, a larger supply of toiletries should be provided to ensure guests have enough until the next service.
