My experience was of my expectations. Clean, comfortable beds,modern decor. Pleased will use again.

The room was clean.

It was such a cute little hotel! Loved every minute I was a there. The bed was too hard for me but the couches were comfortable

Location was fine...did not experience or know about any breakfast. Creative photography trap! The "contactless" check-in process leaves much to be desired. I was forced to contact them when we didn't receive our check in information (Room #/Code) as promised. The person I spoke with was clearly not versed in the system and left me waiting numerous times with "dead air". They then wanted me to resubmit my registration, which had already been completed as instructed prior to arrival. When I noted this, they magically found it. This property has less than (30) rooms, I shouldn't have been hard to find. Upon receiving our room number, we were directed by someone sitting on the front steps (my guess is housekeeping) as they browsed their social media and watched us wandering aimlessly. Our room was located in the basement of the building...and it was just that...a basement. The steps leading down were bulkhead stairs at best. It smelled of mold and mildew as we navigated to what felt like our cell. The room screamed 80's Motel 6 efficiency, with amenities compliments of the nearest Dollar General. The bathroom door would not/ could not shut completely, whether due to humidity, age, or poor construction. You could see the framing along the bottom of the outside wall from the bathroom, likely from some flooding/water damage. There were no adequate curtains to pull across what were busted and cheap blinds, providing no blackout capability and even less privacy. This was not a room you wanted to take your shoes off in, let alone your clothes. However, a shower was needed. The shower lacked any real water pressure and the size was vintage to the year of the property. It was entirely too small for an average man to comfortably maneuver. One was forced to wash one side, turn, wash the other. While I can't speak to the caliber of the rooms upstairs, I would suggest scrapping the "basement project" entirely. Make them storage, linen, supplies, housekeeping...

The whole stay was disappointing. It took us over an hour to get into a room. The room ended up being in the basement. If I had known that was a possibility I would not have booked the hotel. The air conditioning unit was leaking down the wall & spiting out water. The bathroom floor boards & corners needed cleaning. Paint is peeling on the bottom of the door. The bathroom looked tired. The towels never got actually dry & there was a musty smell to the room. The sound from the room above our room was also constant, we joked that there was a dancing class above us. We asked about moving but the property was full & I had prepaid for the room. The staff did respond but could not solve the problems. The room was about $230/night so we did not expect the Fairmont but we also did not expect what it was. The good news is that the beds were comfortable & the room size was large. The staff did check in a couple times by text. Maybe the rooms on the main & second level are nicer.

Check in was on line and no one at the office. Had to call to get room number and entry code to room. Otherwise was great, clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Many of the rooms are subterranean and the lower level smells like mildew. It was disgusting and we didn’t stay.

Contactless check in was a difficult Expedia had the wrong contact number should be 296 not 298.

I arrived 2 1/2 hrs after check in time and our room was a mess. They do not have anyone onsite as this location to address concerns. I I was able to reach a live person but they could not help me find another place to stay for the night. Thankfully we were able to get a room elsewhere. We will NEVER book the Beverly again.

It is as advertised clean and secure

The facility was dirty and appeared to have mice (I didn't see any mice, but mouse fecal matter was evident). It was loud. There was an unpleasant stale odor upon entering. There was no one available, with whom to express my concerns.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days - our suite had a full kitchen, super comfy beds, and a great little living space for morning coffees. We ended up in the area unexpectedly, so asked for some food & entertainment recommendations and we're offered some GREAT ideas! It is walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and coffee and right across the street from the train so was SUPER easy to get up and down the coast for wonderful day trips. Came with my bestie, will be back with the hubs!

Wicked awesome! It was a great place to stay, very close to the shore. Would 100% recommend staying here!

I love the contactless check in. Super easy. Loved the space in the room.

The location is convenient & the apartment was clean. I could tell that there were some windows that could not be secured and I did have concerns about this. I also registered my car to park and when I got back that evening, there were no parking spots for me. There is no television remote to turn up the volume on the television. Hard to watch it when the air conditioning was on. The room in the apartment were nice though. The check-in process could be simplified.
