There wasn’t breakfast like was advertised. The floor was dirty. The picture was misleading our room was in a basement

Many of the rooms are subterranean and the lower level smells like mildew. It was disgusting and we didn’t stay.

Contactless check in was a difficult Expedia had the wrong contact number should be 296 not 298.

I arrived 2 1/2 hrs after check in time and our room was a mess. They do not have anyone onsite as this location to address concerns. I I was able to reach a live person but they could not help me find another place to stay for the night. Thankfully we were able to get a room elsewhere. We will NEVER book the Beverly again.

It is as advertised clean and secure

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days - our suite had a full kitchen, super comfy beds, and a great little living space for morning coffees. We ended up in the area unexpectedly, so asked for some food & entertainment recommendations and we're offered some GREAT ideas! It is walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and coffee and right across the street from the train so was SUPER easy to get up and down the coast for wonderful day trips. Came with my bestie, will be back with the hubs!

Wicked awesome! It was a great place to stay, very close to the shore. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The location is convenient & the apartment was clean. I could tell that there were some windows that could not be secured and I did have concerns about this. I also registered my car to park and when I got back that evening, there were no parking spots for me. There is no television remote to turn up the volume on the television. Hard to watch it when the air conditioning was on. The room in the apartment were nice though. The check-in process could be simplified.

I was so disappointed. I was not given the room I thought I had reserved. I was traveling with my granddaughter & asked for 2 beds. The room had one queen bed & the sofa bed was terrible. There was a bright flood light right out the kitchen window with no curtains so sleeping on the sofa bed your room was lit up all night. We turned the stove on & the eye started smoking which set the fire alarm off. There were mouse sticky pads behind the couch that had hair & dirt stuck on them. There is no on site staff. They are remote. I don’t think this room had been booked before. There was a mailbox outside with the room # & people’s mail in it. They finally gave me another room for the next night that was down steps into their basement that was dark & smelled. I would not have stayed in there. They then moved me upstairs 2 flights of steps! Finally had a decent room but had to move everything up there for one night. I will not be staying there again.

Noisy tenants from floor above. Staff was supportive.

Needed to be updated. Poor customer service.

We stayed in a double - double suite up stairs. It was nice and clean at first glance. It is not a luxurious stay but it was nice and it met our needs. The amenities were there but we ran out of coffee pods two days into our 5 day stay. We thought the apartment was going to be cleaned and restocked after day 2. We never saw staff since booking and check in is completed remotely. We experienced a spider issue including a nest and free walkers but the phantom staff brought a vacuum for us to use and take care of the issue. The location of the property was perfect for our daily excursions. The Depot Diner across the street has a die for breakfast. There is free parking outside the units and the stairs were well lit when we came in at night. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would book again if we are ever in the area.

Our room was in the basement, we had half windows and it felt claustrophobic. The bathroom ceiling was made of cheap drop ceiling tiles and they were falling down (I had to push them back up). The furniture was very low quality and cheap feeling. The room didn’t smell but it was not the cleanest hotel.

The location was perfect, and the set up was exactly what was needed.

Loved the property and location between major landmarks we wanted to visit. Loved being able to get our own supplies and wash laundry with their self service option in the evening but also the full service available during the day.

Clean room, excellent location

1. Room needed more attention to cleanings. I found hair in the sink, floor and in the tub. Kitchen was clean as well as the living room. 2. Sheets. Polyester. They desperately need to upgrade. Overall, great for extended stay or families on a budget. Grade C overall

Very clean My room had an old furniture smell. It looks like some renovation had been done from an old motel room.

The best part of this place is the location. The train station is directly across the street, making it very easy to explore the area without a car. There are also plenty of restaurants, a supermarket just steps away, and an amazing farmer's market about a 20-minute walk away that's definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood is charming, walkable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment itself was comfortable and well suited for our stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room size was very good. The kitchen was spacious enough for everything we needed and made it easy to prepare simple meals during our visit. There were a few things that could be improved. Since this is a basement apartment, we could hear the upstairs guest walking around quite clearly, and it was easy to follow their movements throughout the apartment. The air conditioner was also positioned so that the airflow blew directly onto the bed. While we could adjust the temperature and fan speed, we couldn't change the direction of the airflow, which made sleeping less comfortable. Finally, the kitchen could use a little more attention. There was only one fork even though the apartment accommodates more than two guests, and we found a few dishes in the cabinet that had not been properly cleaned, so I'd recommend washing them before use.

Tub wasn’t draining well, much more in-town feeling than I expected.
