The area is nice and it is close to restaurants as well as a grocery store, and is a short drive into Salem. I plan on staying there many more times in the future.

This is a property with on line check in and no on property staff. While the room was okay, well appointed and clean, it was on the 2nd floor with only outside stairs to get to it...we prefer first floor due to heavy luggage and being older. It looks more modern on line, but was very reminiscent of a referburished 1970s hotel.

The bathtub could use some TLC! Overall nice plabe!

Did not expect to be in the basement level ~~ would not have booked this stay

Comfortable space. No additional comments.

Room was clean. Close to train and some stuff you could easily get to.

There was no visible staff. We had to text someone to get a number to get into our room. Our room was in the basement which we had to climb down about a dozen really steep steps smelled moldy. The only amenity they had was some soap and shampoo. Very disappointing.

Comfortable, clean, great communication with staff, easy check in and checkout!! There really anything we didn’t like.

The room layout was great for our big group The bed size

Very nice comfy spot, only issue I had was the cord for the little desk fan didn’t work. Great spot other than that. Little pricey but it was Memorial Day weekend. Quiet and there were no interactions with any staff due to it all being through phone it was contactless

The location is very good, in an area very close to good food options and a light rail station which goes between Boston and Newburyport, and one can ride it to Salem. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen available, if we only used the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker this visit. While not on site, the administration staff was readily available by messages and were very responsive and helpful. Not much not to like: basic, clean, and as advertised, for a reasonable price. The kitchen utensil set was incomplete.

There was a sock under the bed no remote to TV otherwise it was

self check-in was easy. Nice location to local train, gas and food. no issues with parking.
-
Wouldn't have booked here if they were planning on giving a room in the basement.
-
Great spot to stay near Gordon college campus

My room was clean and the nights were quiet

Horrible. Horrible.
-
Needs a good cleaning and some attention to the amenities provided. Lighting was a problem, either non existant or unbearably bright. I get the no staff thing, but it's apparent that no one really cares for this place

Small but quite and around a lot of businesses Can be noisy at times. No big deal

Great bed, super comfortable. Love that it had a fully stocked kitchen. Only regret was that our room was on the basement level and the noise from People overhead was significant. But good overall.
