The outside appearance of the building outside was nice and the check in process was good The floors in the room were very dirty with hair balls everywhere. The were two refrigerators in the room. One was working and the other one was not and smelled like something had died in it when I opened it. The smell permeated the room after I had opened it. The bed sheets also had hair stuck to them. It was so bad that I left a day early that I already prepaid for.

The room appeared to be fairly clean. However everything was just off. The sheets had not been changed. There were food crumbs, stains and hair all over them. The internet WiFi was only available for an hour. The towels and wash rags looked like several oil workers had uses them and then they were just rinsed out. We left and didn’t even come back for the second night.

No thrills, ok for a night sleep. Needs to upgrade on their bath towels, they were thin old looking and dingy. Bed pillows were flat. Tight space in the bathroom part. Sheets were very old as well yellow looking and stained. No carpet but can be bad when it rains as tracking wet steps when enter room . Staff came by with extra towels. And early to clean for check out like hour and a half early. . Overall was bearable but would not go back.

While driving from Fairbanks, ALASKA to BIG LAKE, ALASKA.... i discovered my MISTAKE of reserving an overnight stay in BIG LAKE,TEXAS !!!!! As it was the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, we scrambled to find accommodations for the night, costing quite a bit more than we had planned...

Dirty and was not managed properly

Couldn't find my reservation. I was ready to leave when he found it. We were the only ones staying here. Breakfast was suppose to be available 6 to 9 and when I went to get a receipt, I had to ring the door bell because he was still in bed! Neighbors played their music really loud!

The staff was not nice. They would not give me a receipt of my visit or explain why my $100 deposit was not refunded. I would not recommend this place. It's really a motel not "Suites"!
