The village was nice! Our balcony faced the court yard and had music the last night!

Overall great stay. Breakfast offered lots of choices each day. Hot coffee in the lobby all day. Hot tub and pool area were great, just a bummer they close at 10pm. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a balcony and view of the mountains/ town center. Staff were very friendly. Glad we stayed here versus up at the big sky resort as we were within walking distance of so many things. All in all we had a great 5 days in big sky.

Pro's The morning free breakfast buffet was great. The room had all the stuff we wanted. The comfort of the Hotel was like a B&B. The view of the Mountains was great from the pool. The location was fantastic. I would recommend. Con's The staff was kind of snooty. They close the pool at 10pm, wish it was open till 11. They only cleaned the room every other day, we needed it done daily. No room service No transportation service When I booked, I booked a Mountain View Room, I did not get that.

Not enough Handicap parking spaces, when we arrived at 5:30pm we had booked a Handicap Mobility Accessible Room but were given a standard room, called front desk and were told to wait until they could find hotel employee that was in our room to have them leave, waited 1 1/2 hours for this and when we got to the room it was 2 Queen beds instead of a King and then discovered the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Not a great experience.

Nice facility and excellent staff. Good breakfast. Room was extremely over priced, especially since it was off season in Big Sky.

The room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great, the furnishings were modern, and the layout worked very well for a longer stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in through departure. The location is one of the best parts. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities in Big Sky Town Center, while still offering incredible mountain views and a peaceful setting. Parking was convenient, and the entire property was very well maintained.

Beautiful property with amazing views, plenty of parking, friendly staff and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! The game room in the basement was a little less than exciting but was a nice addition regardless

Dig kennel or hotel? It’s a brand new hotel and everything is nice… however, down the hall was a room with multiple dogs barking after 9:30pm. I reported it to staff and they said they’d talk with the guests in that room - but the barking continued after 10pm. This ruined our night there.
