La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Biloxi

Old hotel, smelled like mildew on second floor, AC in second floor hallway was not working, room was humid. It was clean and staff was pleasant but I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was so rude over the phone I almost canceled my reservation. This hotel looks COMPLETELY water damaged. Doors wouldn't close properly, 2nd floor was at an incline(felt like I we walking on a ramp), the water stink and the overall appearance was horrible. The linen looked clean and they tried their best to make it presentable with what they were given.

The breakfast was good enough. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was near fast food restaurants. My wife was able to door dash food to the hotel. The bed was not soft enough even after my request for one. Some staff were on their phones and really didn't greet or acknowledge me and my wife. She asked a man at the front counter in the evening about water and how much it was. He answered her questions after asking him twice. He didn't stop looking at his cellphone. I found that to be rude and disrespectful toward my wife. People tend to forget who pays their income. Without guests, they wouldn't have a job.

The room was very nice and clean. Couldn't find the ice machine the one on the first floor didn't work

The person who checked me in was good. Maintenance guy, James was nice. Kitchen staff was good. First, we were all supposed to be on the same floor. That didn't happen because keys, even master key, didn't work on my room so I was moved to second floor. That was horrible because the room above me sounded like a running marathon from 8pm until 3am. My niece's door to her room kept opening when closed. I reported it. Nothing happened.

Clean reasonably priced room close to I-10. Easy drive to downtown to casinos.

I like staying here. The location is great. Noisy guests one night. Still miles odor in places.

No full body mirror!

Leaving was the best part of my experience. I've stayed at many La Quinta locations, and this is by far the worst facility I have ever been. The gap in the door frame allowed maximum light into the room all night long. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul, and floor is so uneven I am concerned the facility has major structural integrity issues. The pool is so dirty I couldn't believe someone allowed their kids to jump in. For the first time, I couldn't wait to check out and get out of there.

The hotel is dated and needs a major remodel. Stay was good just for 1 night and for being pet friendly. Staff were great and very nice!

Nice room, great A/C, clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy to get to casinos, but if you prefer ubber, its under 15.00 so very convenient. It will be my hotel from now on.
