The room was cute and spacious! The facility was cleaned well but the bottom of the showers could use a little extra attention. The parking lot is a great size and the breakfast was good.

Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but cluttered seating arrangements. Bed and pillows were the only thing I could really think of what could’ve been improved: but I prefer a soft bed and pillows with stuffing.

The room had an odor. The A/C was in disrepair- the compressor was not working. The water closet in the bathroom was leaking after flushing. They did not have another room available . We arrived at 3pm and left in the evening. We made the complaint to the front desk and informed them we were leaving and wanted a full refund. They said they understand and will be available when discussing with Expedia but we had to call Expedia first. I called Expedia last night and made the complaint and insisted on a full refund. I also gave the Expedia representative the name and phone # of the general mgr. at the Hampton Inn at Turnerville NJ

Gym ceiling tiles were crumbling and falling on the floor. My room have red/purple stain on the wall and the refrigerator barely kept drinks cold
