Was great

I had the king suite. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the phone to call the front desk was broken. To be fair I didn't walk down to complain so they may have handled it if I had.

Maddie at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more

The facility was fine, It was clean, the bed was comfortable. My only issue was one of the staff members acted like he didn't like his job and probably shouldn't be working upfront with customers.

Nothing, they double charged me, and then told me there was nothing they could do until the manager came in. All of it, I was double charged and they didn’t care to fix it. Told me I had to wait until the manager came in on Tuesday. 3 days after my stay

Breakfast was good. The staff were very kind and helpful. Room could have been a little cleaner but overall it was a good stay.

The stay at this hotel was great. The Hampton Inns have provided no disappointments whatsoever since the revamping of their buildings. They seem to have upgraded their looks/design of the lobby and shared areas. This location does have an indoor pool and indoor gym, we did not use but it is available. There is plenty of available parking including electric vehicle charging stations. The rooms were very clean and smelled clean, no musty carpet or AC odor which is what most would expect. Also the breakfast variety provided was amazingly well cooked, hot, and tasteful. The mini fridge and microwave in the room was also very clean. The only negative is that our hotel room did not have a full body mirror. I did find it strange that it did not have one as most hotel rooms do. However, the overall stay was a pleasant experience. I would stay here again.

Easy to find, just off the highway. Coffee was good. One night late arrivals could be heard stomping around overhead. It seems that modern materials should make this level of sound transfer a thing of the past.

So happily surprised by how great this hotel is. To start, check in was super easy. The room exceeded expectations. It was so spacious! Very quiet as well. A/C was perfectly set. The breakfast the next morning was top-notched. Everything was well maintained and employees were present and helpful. Would definitely stay again, and definitely recommend to friends and family. Also very conveniently located and lots of parking available.
