Check was fast, staff was great, I was grossly over charged for a 1 night stay because of the " World Cup" which i could give 2 cent about "price gouging." Just wanted to be 2 minutes from a party venue.My refrigerator in the room did not work and the toilet was clogged! Maintenance was not available so we were handed a plunger to do it ourselves!!

Clean rooms and helpful polite staff

Plenty of parking, staff was courteous, breakfast was good and the room/ bathroom was spacious, clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the extra security lock to my room door was MISSING!! In today's world, that extra security is needed. I would recommend this hotel.

. The gentleman that checked me out was not polite, acted like he could care less if he was there or not. When we checked out i did not get a copy of my bill and I had to search the premises for the young man.. Even though we went threw booking.com we've received a copy of our bill every time we have stayed. The room was not up to the standard that we have had in the past. I do not like the new remotes for the TV. It is hard to search the channels.

The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. Nice spread from omelette to waffles, coffee, juices and fruits and yogurt are just some of the things available. All included in the price of the room. Ample free parking available. Overall a great place to stay.

Nothing. I stayed there because I was getting married I had gotten a suite for the weekend . The air conditioning didn’t work. No one could accommodate me. I had my bridesmaids there and photographer. Everyone tryna stay cool and staff just did not help. There was no other room to move to. Spent over $500 and no one could help . Manager wasn’t there nothing. On the front desk had a sign that said “ If we can make your stay better, talk to any member of our team, and we’ll make sure you're 100% happy. GUARANTEED.™ “ nobody was happy and nobody helped ! I asked for towels and certain things and no one helped. They brought a tiny fan the second day. I was so upset make up was literally melting , my perfect day was almost ruined.

The manager was excellent to deal with.

The room was freezing! We could not adjust the heat. Cold airflow. There was no telephone in the room AND the television was impossible to use,

You emailed us it was confirmed for the baby crib and that is the reason i didn't cancel the stay as my newborn needs it. Once i arrived they didn't have it

I highly recommend this hotel and location, it's in a prime location for tons of food options from fast food to restaurants, A Sephora, Kohls, At home and so many other shops across the road or even on the same side as the hotel! They also have a pool! i have zero complaints!
