Hampton Inn Turnersville (Philadelphia Area)

Stayed here several times before and had no problems. This time had to change rooms 3 times due to: dirty sheets, A/C not working in 2nd room, 3rd room smelled like something died in there. Staff was very helpful but very stressful to move our stuff from room to room. Breakfast was good.

I had to stay here for a night while our power was out after a storm. I live right down the road. Laundry facilities were useful and cheap. They sell soap at the front desk and I think it cost $2.00 in quarters. The bed was comfortable, but the room stank of past cigarette smoke. Walls were paper thin. I heard the guy staying next to me hocking up a lung for 2 hours in the morning. It was scary sounding. I didn't sleep much but the AC was great and the cable tv was great as well. If you are a hardy sleeper I am sure you'd have no problem staying here. Front desk staff could have been a bit nicer, but I didn't really care. I just needed to do laundry and get out of the heat and humidity.

It is always a nice stay at this location when we travel to New Jersey. Convert to everything.

Staff had good breakfast, and were friendly during all other times of interaction. Nice hotel.

I have never had a reception employee be so arrogant, miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly as the man who checked us in! While our room was comfortable, the bed comfy, we struggled with the lower than usual toilet especially my tall husband. Breakfast was average and again seating there uncomfortable. I also expected glass glasses in our room. Covid habit? Not what I expected from a Hampton.

It was 5 miles from Rowan University where my son was playing in a football tournament The bathroom door wouldn’t lock and the fan wouldn’t shut off from the air conditioning unit so I had to listen to it all night

Our room was big and clean. Area was perfect for a quick visit with our daughter. We did not eat breakfast there or use the pool. Front desk and housekeeper were friendly. Water pressure in shower was not great.

Rooms were clean but after the first day, the maids never showed up so we had to take our own trash out. We also had to go ask for towels because ours didn’t get swapped out. Also the tv doesn’t have any streaming apps. Property wasn’t too bad tho, we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. However had to ask for room service and clean towels daily.
