The weight room was super convenient

Great family getaway. Can’t wait to book again.

The staff was very nice, especially in the restaurant Packers on site. We ate there both nights since the other on-site restaurant closed at 6:00, and you are almost 30 minutes from other options. While the restaurant staff was friendly and efficient, and the view interesting, the food was only 3 stars. The fish (fish and chips) was overcooked and dry and the Caesar salad had a dressing that was too generously applied and I was told they were adding extra anchovy flavoring (paste?, ground?). No. Don't. I am finding that more and more restaurants are taking classic recipes and putting their own spin on them which is not working out well. (Think eggs Benedict with cayenne pepper and hot sauce in the hollandaise sauce - but that belongs in a separate review.). We didn't eat the smash burger, but we should have - it looked good.

I went to the spa to ask about their services. The kid at the counter said they had no list of services, but that if I wanted something specific, to ask him and he would try to accommodate me. I have been to many spas and they always have a list of things to choose from. I was just looking for a massage, perhaps hot stone massage. I ended up walking away. So sad - I was looking forward to a massage.

There was no hot water in the sink and was very hard to get any in the Shower.

The resort itself is well maintained. The onsite bar was great but the restaurant itself was a little overpriced for what you get. We were surprised by the well equipped and decent sized gym. The pool, sauna and hot tub were great to use for a pool day. They even have a pickle ball court and the indoor tennis and basketball courts were happy surprise discoveries. The sunsets here were incredible. We ended our evenings with relaxing firepit talks and looking at the stars by the shore and you can’t beat the view. It definitely forced us to relax. Which, in this always connected world, it was probably much needed. Overall this place was great but the best part of this place was the staff. Everyone that we spoke to were very polite, patient and so helpful. I even witnessed a customer being rude to a staff member but they handled it with grace and professionalism. We will definitely be back again.

If you’ve been here in the past, maybe don’t return for a while. Went to celebrate a 15th wedding anniversary and was so disappointed. Wyndham has really let this place go. Everything was run down but their prices are premium. Staff was nonchalant about customer service. Wish I hadn’t returned and could instead remember what it was like when we got married there. There are nicer places to stay in Bellingham for less money.

Not much The facilities were in need of repair and maintenance. They had updated part of the room with cheap improvements. The people at the restaurant were a bunch of college age people who had no training. They were almost nonexistent.

Outdoor space is beautiful, indoor rooms are dated and are in need of repair.

The property is a beautiful location. It is serene and peaceful. There were good food options for a short stay with good quality. The staff were attentive and helpful. I have stayed here in later winter months and found the value good but the cost for staying in the summer is exorbitant. The facilities are outdated 90’s/00’s decors with cosmetic, mechanical and other issues. At a lower rate per night it is okay but $450+ I expect more out of a property.

Great spot for a short getaway with family. The resort is old but mostly well maintained. It does have its flows too though, like no vent fan in the room bathroom and Packers restaurant being extremely slow.

Wonderful property with amazing amenities! Hotel could use a little facelift but otherwise my family had a great couple of days there. The restaurant on property is great!

Guest services was very friendly and accommodating

Cons: We were hoping to check in a little early after a long day of traveling but our room wasn’t ready until past 4pm. We got a $25 credit for waiting but a complimentary room upgrade would’ve been ideal or just give us another room that’s available! The “young” front desk staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about their neighbors at the nearby cafe. We tried to get some info about their menu and service but the staff member seemed annoyed and didn’t want to provide any answers. Also, the carpets looked old and dirty in the room. May need to wash or replace them so the room looks and smells fresh.

Beautiful beach front Staff were very young and very rude.

Loved that it had an outside pool and a steam room - so loved the steam room there difficult to find in hotels anymore- the had alot of areas to visit and also play games inside and outside The hot tub didn't really bubble
