Stoneridge Resort

Other than some of the guests being very loud in the hallways, it was a pleasant stay. We did not take advantage of the resort since we were there to visit family, but it looked like there was plenty of things to keep you occupied.

The thing I didn't like was all the silverware, steak knives, ice cube trays and glasses were in the dish washer. This was to show you that they had all been cleaned. Really. After being on the road for 10 hours I did not appreciate having to empty the dishwasher! There was dishwashing soap but no salt and pepper or pam spray. This was a time share facility but a hotel room to me.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are a little dated and have a rustic Western feel, so there is some natural wear and tear that could potentially be mistaken for being “dirty” if you’re expecting a more modern look. Personally, I didn’t find it bothersome and felt the room was perfectly clean for my stay. I also noticed that some of the staff had a more reserved or dry customer-service style. They weren’t rude at all, just not particularly enthusiastic or bubbly. I know this was mentioned in some other reviews, but honestly, it didn’t bother me. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. There’s a lot to enjoy, and I’m looking forward to coming back with more time to take advantage of everything offered.

Quiet… beautiful views

This is such a fun place to stay, a great resort in a tiny town, very friendly staff, our room was so comfortable, kitchen had all the amenities we could need, we enjoyed our little balcony, looking out on the property, played some miniature golf, used the sauna and steam room and hot pool, cold pool one night and just thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Took advantage of the walking trails around the property too. The only negative were the small tvs with not very clear picture. Would definitely stay again.

It was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Had a nice small kitchen, dishes to use, and was convenient for what we needed.

Great room with kitchenette. Very quiet and they picked great weather just for us. They have a lot to offer but our stay was short. Spent one day in Cour d'Alene and enjoyed supper at Stoneridge on the patio.

Absolutely will be back, enjoyed the stay.

Great stay, very clean room, I didnt know I would need shampoo and conditioner, I feel that should be posted on the review. Otherwise, my stay was quite pleasant, my wife especially liked the ambience. I would definitely stay again.

Very large, clean room with everything we needed. Lots of fun activities to do at the rec center. This was our second time there, will come again.

1) check in: We came to check in but no one was there. A sign said theyd be back "soon". I waited for a bit then sought out someone to find staff as I was rather unsure what "soon" meant and how long to continue to wait or what to do otherwise. The same happened at the rec center. 2) cleanliness: a few dishes in the cupboard had visible food all over them, those in dishwasher jam packed in a way that caused our "sanitized dishes" to be unclean on arrival, a piece of dried dog poop in the closet (this one confused me since no pets are allowed??), a couple large dead bugs in the bedroom on carpet, something gross on a lampshade and on remote...made us question cleanliness we cant see. At rec: poop covering toilet in a stall and a sign said "closed" on the stall but door open and "brown water" in entry to 2 shower stalls. 3) maintenance: no more water features at mini golf, about 4 spots at mini golf where wasps were congregating/had a nest on structures right by where we were playing, bottom of room door cut (?) and about 1.5-2" above the floor which massively impacted privacy. Overall we love it here! But seems low staffing/poor attn to detail now(condo or not)?

Cute little store on site; limited kids sizes though. Great location. Lovely rec center with games for the whole family. Beds were comfy and they have a pack and play for our little guy to sleep in. Lovely area with a great playground for the kiddo. Only thing is shampoo wasn’t provided. That’s ok though. The store had some for cheap. The golf pro shop is pricey!! Overall we will be back!?

Very smooth check in. The room was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed for our stay. The rec room/bldg was great that my whole family had something to do. Highly recommended place.

GREAT STAY!!!

The resort is clean and there is a lot of amenities. We stayed here during a trip to Silverwood. There is nothing wrong with this resort it just wasn't ideal for this. The beds were not super comfortable but not terrible. There is no coffee in the rooms, there is a pot but you have to bring your own (which we didn't). My biggest complaint was that after 2 days at Silverwood my two teenage daughters were really looking forward to the hot tub. We got back and got our swimsuits on only to be told at the recreation desk that the hot tub is adults only. We thought what the heck, we will chance it, they are clearly not going to cause a ruckus. There was no one else in the tub but a guy leaving that gave us a lecture and said we would be asked to leave if they saw them on the camera. They stayed quiet and sat in the corn of the tub to just relax with us and then there was some evil stares from a couple ladies in the steam room who sent one of their husbands to the front desk to complain. I get there is rules but if you advertising a family resort you should let people know about these rules. I went back and looked at every paper we were given with all of the resort info and it never said the hot tub was 18+. The sign on the door said under 14 needed adult supervision (fair). This isn't a family resort, its a retirement resort and your kids aren't welcome here.
