Very smooth check in. The room was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed for our stay. The rec room/bldg was great that my whole family had something to do. Highly recommended place.

GREAT STAY!!!

The resort is clean and there is a lot of amenities. We stayed here during a trip to Silverwood. There is nothing wrong with this resort it just wasn't ideal for this. The beds were not super comfortable but not terrible. There is no coffee in the rooms, there is a pot but you have to bring your own (which we didn't). My biggest complaint was that after 2 days at Silverwood my two teenage daughters were really looking forward to the hot tub. We got back and got our swimsuits on only to be told at the recreation desk that the hot tub is adults only. We thought what the heck, we will chance it, they are clearly not going to cause a ruckus. There was no one else in the tub but a guy leaving that gave us a lecture and said we would be asked to leave if they saw them on the camera. They stayed quiet and sat in the corn of the tub to just relax with us and then there was some evil stares from a couple ladies in the steam room who sent one of their husbands to the front desk to complain. I get there is rules but if you advertising a family resort you should let people know about these rules. I went back and looked at every paper we were given with all of the resort info and it never said the hot tub was 18+. The sign on the door said under 14 needed adult supervision (fair). This isn't a family resort, its a retirement resort and your kids aren't welcome here.

We loved our stay and have plans to visit again

Happened to find this for a last minute trip to Silverwood theme park. It was an easy 25 min drive to the park. The on site amenities and activities were awesome. And for the price that was equal to your average hotel stay, having so many activities on site was phenomenal. Only mild complaint was the TV situation. No streaming available, only cable. Not a real problem, just a missing luxury. 10 of 10, will book again in the future now that I know what to expect. Also, bring your golf clubs. Top notch course onsite. Lodge setting within what fel like a retirement community, with a great restaurant/lounge next door. Friendly staff, friendly people. Had a great time

Friendly staff, wonderful property, will return!

A great resort in and of itself. We came for proximity to Silverwood, but we could easily have had an extra day or two to enjoy the resort. Check in was smooth and easy. We like the family-friendly atmosphere and the type of guests who are attracted to this place. A wonderful find! Wish we had realized about bringing our own food to make vreakfast, but there is an amazing local restaurant that catered well to our daughter’s food allergies.

My fourth stay here and always a pleasure. The staff, cleanliness abd rooms are always fantastic.

Very roomy for the 4 of us, pull out bed worked perfectly for two kiddos, if we were staying longer the kitchenette was an amazing amenity. I was excited and IMPRESSED by the fan in the bathroom! Haven’t seen that in years. The pool was indoor but the kiddos didn’t care, we used the pool, the hot tub, the gym for basketball/ volley ball and the rec room with ping pong, pool and air hockey. We were very impressed by this resort, it was so cute and cozy.

She complained about other guests to me. The man at the rec center, on the other hand, was so nice and made up for the grumpy women at the desk in the morning!
