Excellent customer service during our stay.

I checked into the hotel with my dog who was in training to be a service dog and they gave me a hard time saying that I could not have my dog in the hotel. They were very rude inconsiderate and demanded that I take my dog outside immediately! In addition the beds are not that comfortable and the linens and blankets are dingy and thin. The only plus was a hot breakfast that was okay but again I could not have my dog with me.

Clean rooms. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast, green chile was delicious. Super convenient access to places we wanted to see/go.

We didn’t believe there was a swimming pool as it was not advertised on Expedia, but the pool is open now. We heard it was closed with the prior owners, but the new ownership made sure to clean it and open it up. Breakfast was good.

Facility is very beautiful. Rooms were very clean and well stocked.

Room was clean, bed was comfy- shower curtain and showerhead placement were tricky to navigate as water would shoot all over the bathroom floor unless the shower head was held in a specific way, so made a relaxing shower a bit more difficult. Some noise could be heard through the walls and floors, which led to waking up a few times in the night. Very minor complaints for a very enjoyable stay overall.

handicap parking is not in the front but the side and can be block by work trucks roon was clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was good

Few plugs were available, I know there is talk about renovation, in the mean time trade out the OLD clock for one with electronic access maybe?
