Our experience was less than ideal. We booked what was advertised as a king suite with a separate seating area with a pullout couch for our daughter. Upon check-in, we were told that they only have a few rooms with that layout and that our room was a basic king with no pullout couch. This was really upsetting because we had specifically booked this hotel because it had a separate area for our daughter. Our room was then switched to a double queen. Then we get into our room and the bathtub shelf was dirty! It had a razor blade cover and bright blue soap scum from the last guest. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers also had several hairs on it. I was really disappointed with our overall experience. We notified the checkout desk of the subpar cleanliness at checkout and they offered nothing for us until I asked. They did ultimately waive the resort fee which was $15. Really disappointing overall

It was my first time. Such a lovely hotel! Our room was so clean. Specifically, the shower. Great bath products too!

It was a beautiful space and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The rooms must have been recently renovated. The showers were spotless, sparkling, and modern. Also, they have a specific line of bath products they sell. I was very impressed. My only complaint would be the daily resort fee when it really isn’t a resort at all. It is, however, a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast but it can be busy on the weekend buffet. Well appointed rooms. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The free buffet breakfast was very good, with many options for breakfast items. Only inconvient was that the pool is closed for the year, but we were not notified at check-in.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing!! Every staff member was knowlegdable, and helpful, and friendly!! They treated you as if they knew you!! Loved our stay!!

Property was beautiful and staff were so friendly! My only complaint was the loud guests late at night. Because it’s a big wedding venue and the bar is open late, people do get loud in the hallways. There are signs posted about quiet hours but it not followed
