I would stay again. Staff are polite. Clean room. Friendly overall.

Between having zero ice, on a hot day, the lack of air conditioning in the room, and the numerous flies, gnats , and mosquitos in my room, I got no sleep. A total waste of my money. I WANT A REFUND!!!

This property you get what you pay for. It's a place to sleep. The beds are hard the rooms are noisy. The staff was nice enough and check in was easy. The bigger rooms are a lot more spacious but the bathroom the shower isn't made for anyone over 5'5 so be aware. Close to town and a yummy burger joint across the parking lot.

The property was in poor repair. One electric outlet was coming out of the wall without a cover over. One light bulb worked out if 3 lamps. Parking was not enough. Road construction made it difficult to find the entrance. And poor sign to help with the detour to the entrance. There was no Continental breakfast as the web page said. No signage for wifi password and no one to ask. The outside appearance was not good either. Nothing like the web page pictures.

No open pool or breakfast

The owner was up looking for us when we arrived late. And she had saved a spacious room for us. It was very nice for an econ-motel. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for being just off the freeway. Unfortunately, when they say "breakfast" it's more like continental breakfast and the office (where the breakfast was) locked when we left and even calling the number on the door only got a voice mail. But the price was reasonable for that level of motel and we just needed a bed for the night.

Found out at 5am the shower adjustment knob was broken. Property had garbage all over parking lot. Room was fairly clean other than broken drywall and paint chipped tub. Door deadbolt wouldn't lock.

The front desk lady eas never inn the office and the office reeked of weed and cat and the ice machine was in some sketch looking back ally junk yard type spot.

After arriving in my room, getting ready for bed noticed a clump of blood and blood spots on the side skirt of the bed by the head side. After pulling the sheets back on main bed sheets there was dark crumbs on there and dirty spots through the sheet. A used razor was on the closet shelf. Shower lining was detached and dirty. Small towels were all stained by sink. Garbage bags full of garbage outside of door. And around property. Place really needs a lot of attention.

The shower was useless. It only ran drips. The handle fell off in my hand.

Room was good.. lots of character. Very limited breakfast. TV a little confusing.

Travelling with my trained service dog. I was given a room key that didn't work twice. I was moved rooms once because 1st room not a pet room.. fine but then new room key didn't work either. New room was overflow room. Clean but under construction. Rm200

slow check in, smelt funny, flies all over the room, I killed two bugs crawling on my face throughout the night. found beer caps from the previous people.

It is old and rundown. The rooms stink and feel very dirty. The bathroom door is moldy on the inside. Only positive was the bed was somewhat comfy. I brought my own blankets and only used them. The “breakfast” is yuck!

The outside is a little cluttered, parking is limited and doesn’t look nice but the room was super cute and clean. Great decor and TVs. The staff was nice and quick and helpful. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t attest to that. The towels, sheets, blankets and consumables (soap shampoo toilet paper etc) were all high quality and ample quantity for my stay. Big pillows, great sheets and blankets. My room 107 had a little gas fireplace. They allow pets for $15 a night per pet and it’s a strict policy.

I went on Hotels.com and booked one of only 3 Hotels in Boardman just before arriving in town. 20 minutes later I arrived at the Hotel and attempted to check in. I rang the bell at the front desk 3 times and no one arrived, except for the feral cat trying break in the night window. I noticed a gentleman smoking a cigarette in the breeze way next to the office, I don't know if he worked there and was too busy, but I left. I did a live chat with Tanisha and she was very nice. She called the Hotel and explained my situation and they refused to refund the room. Now I am out $125.00 which I feel is a bargain, because if I stayed I believe that much more money would have been stolen by the "residents". Very unhappy about the experience and I am willing to remove this if I receive my money back.
