James was extremely helpful and accommodating during my stay. It was the easiest and quickest check in I've ever experienced. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the real food and coffee offered in the morning. The gym was also clean and easy to access.

Only downside is ac doesn’t run very cold. Bathroom is hot because the ac doesn’t reach that area During the day it took a while for the room to be cold which is because of where the ac unit is located. Overall it’s okay . Was there from sat-Mon. I would stay again maybe different room.

Front desk rep was friendly and attentive. I didn’t have to wait he immediately asked me “how can I help you?”

Very easy to find room. Cleaned daily giving fresh towels.

Desayuno bueno. Staff cordial y atento. Algo vieja la propiedad, hubo salida de agua por un tubo del baño lo que humedeció el tapete con mal olor en la habitación. Nos cambiaron al día siguiente sin problema.

The hotel is an old building but it's okay inside. Friendly staff , and service in reception and breakfast area. But housekeeping not too good, they not clean the room everyday, and in the day they did it, always forgot to replace the towels.

El staff es muy atento, a las facilidades le falta renovación. Pero por lo demás muy bueno.

I didn't have breakfast I had to leave at 6am and it didn't open til 6:30 very disappointing, room smelled of moisture, toilet wasn't cleaned or the shower. location

The breakfast was horrible, rubbery bagels, and the egg the eggs whites served were brown. The pool was nasty and not serviced. Ants all over the place in the room. I am really disappointed that I booked this room for my family and should drop the Holiday Inn from their name.. Corporate should do their job and fix this place up and clean house. The only positive we have is Javier is one hell of a worker. Dee Dee is sweet also. Unfortunately, a couple nice people can’t overcome the rest going on here.

Pool is dirty. Locked twice out. Complained about the door. Nothing happened. Instead the front desk lectured me on the dusk. To dawn and the door to the pool.is.ok. it does.not open with the room.keyz. no effort to fix it.

We like the location, breakfast and beds! Our rooms were clean and comfortable! Parking was easy The swimming pool was not very clean

I did not love that the shower head was not working properly and it went all outside the shower to where it became a slipping hazard with with a 5 month old. The sink also did not work as we had to take it apart to drain as we needed to use it to wash baby bottles as staff was made aware but could not doing anything to fix the sink same day. Lastly, our sheets looked like there was old blood stained on it and was very nasty to lay in. I have pictures for it.

Clean room. Cold AC. Pool was great for an evening dip. Consistent breakfast. Fitness was good too.

Very good price for just staying for a family reunion.
