Disappointing

Rooms are only cleaned on longer stays once a week. When I asked for coffee supplies was only given 1 cup and they took my laundry change that was on the table. I do not consider this to be mistaken for a tip but intentional theft and it was very annoying that even when I complained at reception I still had to withdraw extra cash to do my laundry. Will not be staying here again.

We also noticed a stain on our sheets and had to change them ourselves after being told that housekeeping only services the room every four days. Additionally, the sink area near the restroom did not appear to be consistently or thoroughly cleaned. There was noticeable dirt and buildup around the faucet handle. Overall, the stay was manageable, but I would have appreciated more attention to cleanliness, especially when it came to the bedding and bathroom/sink area.

Over it was nice

Ice machines were out of order. No microwave in rooms but had a community one in the hall by the broken ice machine. Carpets were dirty and the gym was out of order. The front desk checked me in but didn’t give me directions to my room. Also when he wrote the Wi-Fi password on the key card sleeve, you couldn’t read it. I had to call the front desk for it.

I stay here several times a year. Budget prices with very nice rooms and a great pool and hot tub.

Everything was great,but the shower head was a lot to be desired. Three settings and each weaker than the next.

Friendly and great staff and great location in Boca

The room was nice but the smell in the 2nd floor hallway was horrific. Thankfully the room didn't smell that way.

I had to change rooms three times, first room had a leak on the bathroom, second room didn't have AC. Finally, the third room was okay. And there was a terrible vomit smell on the second floor (first room they gave me)

The guest service check in desk staff made everything wonderful! It set the tone for an amazing stay! Room was nice and beds and pillows were comfy. Pet friendly and close to activities. Highly recommend!

Location Dirty

Nice hotel except for all the piles of linens that were left in our hallway overnight. There were so many they were a trip hazard. We told the front desk the next morning and they said that the cleaning staff wasn’t due to start until later. They didn’t seem to care.
