The hotel was nice, however, the room had a musty smell and the bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The entire hotel smelled clean and it was well maintained. The staff was great and we really enjoyed our local getaway. My partner and I will be staying at other Sonesta properties

Staff at check in and out was super friendly and personable. The room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Property is well maintained, very clean and Pool area very garden like, oasis We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in nice location. Easy parking close to the multiple entrances. One staff member I interacted with was more helpful than the other. Rooms are very comfortable. The couch in the room was the most comfortable couch I think I've ever sat on. The hotel lobby has a lot of seating and even has individual pods with TVs - although I didn't try turning them on to see what they show. Rooms have hair dryers, refrigerators (although it didn't feel like mine was on), irons/ironing boards, balconies overlooking pool. They sell water and other goods. Water comes in $3 and $5 bottles. Internet is great. I was able to use it for work. Blackout curtains are completely effective. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.

This property is a dumpster. Trash in all hallways broken and disarmed ice machine in the second floor with a piece of paper sticked. The staff was rude and non helpful. The bathroom was dirty and the tub didn’t drain. No amenities whatsoever. Carpets dirty and stained. When I asked for a copy of my folio and the deposit they said that Expedia will sent and the clerk pointed out to a sign on top of the desk and looking at me like READ before you ask. Expedia should do a walkthrough of this property before they said that is excellent because is not. I am very sure that I am not the only one with the same issues since the employees seems to be acquainted with this type of practice. I have worked for over 40 years in the hotel industry and never have seen employees so careless and empowered to treat guests like garbage. I stayed at this hotel because I have no choice when I did the reservation.

I have gotten 5 reminders to review this place. Its fine for a single traveler. Great location. But a bit musty. Bed not comfortable at all. Could also hear the moron in room next to me through connecting door a bit too well. I paid 65 bucks for 1 night. So I guess that all adds up to Ok 2.5 of 5 stars. If you are in town on business you can afford better.

The hotel was adequate but the staff was not helpful, rude actually I had asked for the trash to be taken and extra towels. Neither was done anytime during our 5 day stay. I have since realized that I forgot something at the hotel. I have so far spoke with 2 very unhelpful staff members who sent me to the managers full voicemail. I chose this hotel for location to FAU. Will not be back

The shower water pressure was weaker than I like. The tub spout pull up valve leaks really bad when using the shower. Simple fix. Towels were large enough, but not thick or luxurious. I wasn't expecting them to be either. Room carpet was older, but worked fine and felt clean. Couch was nice, TV had basic cable. Furniture was plain, but works good. All light bulbs worked fine. I did hear and feel the train and I think a plane. It did not bother me but I was aware. For the price paid, it was an excellent value. Hotel staff were attentive, well spoken, and they were at the desk at all times whenever I walked by. Said hello, good morning, and good evening upon passing by.

The air conditioning unit did not work well. The room even at 65 was warm and muggy.

The room was full of little flys and bugs. Smells humidity.
