We enjoyed the atmosphere of the location. It was close to Bodega and Valley Ford where we had dinner. The fire pit and s'mores with a movie at the end of the evening were a great treat.

I have no clue how this property was determined to be a 4-star accommodation on Expedia. At best it was 2.5 or 3 stars. The jacuzzi was out of order, the “spa” looked deserted, the breakfast was average, and it looked like no landscaping had been done in many months. The best thing I can say is that the rooms were very large - but this was nowhere close to a luxury experience.

Extremely friendly staff. Nice perks like cookies in the room, s’mores and movie by fire pit at night. Received free room upgrade as well.

Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working. But otherwise it was fantastic.

Beautiful property. Very friendly staff, room was amazing. Look forward to coming back

Great b - fast - clean room - outdoor accommodations could use some cleaning or make more inviting.

The sauna wasn’t available

Pros: - Fireplace in our room with a log that burned for hours. - Friendly, helpful staff. - Large, clean, and quiet rooms. - Beautiful grounds. - Lovely architecture. Cons: - Looks like it hasn't been remodeled in a long time. - Toilet rocked a bit back and forth. - Tub jets didn't work. - Tub drain stopper was broken. I would stay again at a lower price. Now that I know it's a bit older than the photos make it look, $300-$400/night is a steep ask.

Kendra was wonderful, but she was the highlight of the visit. The website advertises complimentary wine upon check-in as well as a host a amenities. We were expecting a 4 or 5 star experience given the enormous price paid for a single room. There was no wine offered at check-in. The jacuzzi was broken. The mini-golf and outdoor activities were not useable...no balls, a completely un-maintained area, etc. The room was nice, but staring up at the HVAC vents showed spider webs and dust. Overall, it was a 3-star experience advertised as a boutique 5-Star B&B. We absolutely will not return despite Kendra's fantastic personality when we had interactions with her. This place is way past its prime and is very overpriced. What was supposed to be a splurge retreat for my wife's birthday turned out to be very disappointing and we are NOT high-maintenance people nor prone to complain.

The room suited us perfectly The breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly. There was an outdoor movie and a fire pit with s’mores which was an added bonus . We loved our stay and will definitely return

Kendra was incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had a flawless Anniversary. From the moment we pulled up she was friendly, attentive, kind, professional and took care of business. She is exactly who should be at the front desk assisting guests. We will be back. Thank you!

The property is beautiful, quaint and very clean. The room did get a bit stuffy during the day - I advise opening the windows early in the day to let some fresh air in. The villa was easy to find, and about a 15 minute drive to Bodega Bay, or you can venture out a little further to larger cities such as Sebastopol or Santa Rosa. There is plenty of parking, and the property was the perfect place to enjoy our anniversary. We explored the surrounding areas during most of our stay, so I cannot speak to things like the pool, complimentary s’mores, or spa service. However my partner is extremely picky but he mentioned having a comfortable stay overall. Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but enough to keep us satisfied and we prepared for each day. We would definitely return here in the future!

The bed was wonderful (I like a bed on the softer side and this was just right). The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good but the eggs and sausages where a bit cold.
-
It was a relaxing stay. Beautiful room, hot tub, pool and outdoor fireplace with smores and outdoor movie screens.

We Only wish the bathroom had safety bars for senior guests.

Loved the staff Kendra and Danielle with great recommendations about local attractions. Great breakfast in the morning and so fun going to the S’mores and movie night in the Courtyard. Location of property is great to travel around Sonoma Coast.

Our room was very nice, clean, and roomy. The surrounding area was well kept, and surrounded by lush and beautiful landscaping. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We anticipate many returns. A great big thank you to all the staff. My only suggestion is to add a microwave to the rooms.

Very nice place to relax. Beach was close. Breakfast was very nice.

The property is gorgeously landscaped, well thought out, and very romantic. The arrangement of the rooms provided an atmosphere of complete privacy. And it's a smaller property. One doesn't feel lost in a crowd. We'll definitely go back.

The property is clean and staff did their job. But, the property could use a reface. The grounds need a gardener and regular maintenance.
