The receptionist named Reese was about as good as it gets. She absolutely went above and beyond. Her level of professionaliam and kindness was outstanding. My stay was wonderful, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Eggs, bacon, coffee fresh and tasty

It was clean, location was great The pillows weren’t the most comfortable. But everything else was great.

The ice machine was broken on our floor. The door to the room was jacked up and difficult to open/close—making an enormous amount of noise. NO forks for breakfast, day 2.

We stayed here due to a family wedding at Hadden Estate. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The floor plan of the king suite was perfect. The air conditioner was wonderful and the outside surroundings were pleasant and very quiet. Chloe and Chelsea were very cordial and nice as could be with excellent customer service skills. We will definitely return to the SpringHill Suites whenever we are in the area. Thank you so much!😊

The hotel was very nice and we would certainly stay here again - everyone was so nice and professional.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was kept clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly. As usual in hotels the AC switched on and off making it noisy. The bedclothes did not allow for maintaining a comfortable sleeping temperature. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was quiet.

Good location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Room was decently clean, but smelled like cat pee.

Staff was excellent; efficient, friendly and helpful in regard to dining recommendations in the area. Room was just right; comfortable and clean. Athens, GA is a charming, vibrant area. This hotel was fairly close to downtown and the University. No complaints
