Very clean and a fantastic breakfast

Room was clean and spacious. Very extensive food choices for the included breakfast. Breakfast area was very well maintained and stocked.

Liked location and mini suite. Bed a little hard. Good nreakfasts but would have liked to see bacon on more often than the sausage patties.

Daily breakfast buffet had a variety of options. Bed was very firm and I would have appreciated a more comfortable bed.

Overall, a nice stay. The beds were too soft and probably need to be replaced. The air conditioning unit was really loud, but it was fixed the moment I asked. The staff were super kind and helpful.

When we checked in one of the beds were dirty. We called the front desk and she moved us. The rest of the stay was good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Other than that great room

I’d booked two rooms for our party (both under my last name) and this seemed to confuse the employees both on check in and check out. We got zero directions about how to find the elevator or our rooms (our rooms were about as far apart as it we possible to be and still be on the same floor). It was not the level of stay I’ve come to expect from this chain. But I guess every franchise has a few bad locations.

My family loved the continental breakfast.

We were a bit disappointed that the "kitchenette" only included a microwave and small fridge. There was no flatware, dishes, etc. We were, however, able to ask for paper plates/plastic utensils. Please provide paper towels, and all of the bedding necessary to make up the trundle bed. My companions said the breakfast choices were outstanding and tasty. Thanks!

Room assignment was the furthest from the front desk, elevators. Many rooms were available closer to elevator.
