Bathrooms were very cramped.

This is an amazing place. Highlight of my trip. It has a self-service check in, which is nice if you’re accustomed to that. It has a 24/7 lounge that is unstaffed but a delight to hang out in. Beautiful view from wrap around patio. Very reasonably priced

Great location, very run down. Hot tub not available.

I guess you get what you paid for.

The breakfast was great. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit, waffles, boiled eggs. The bathroom door did not close fully. This was not a problem for me and my husband but I imagine that it could be for others.

Peaceful, quiet, rustic, no fuss stay! Will be back!

The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing five-night stay. The room had virtually no usable electrical outlets. Extension cords were running throughout the room, making the upper outlets inaccessible to my charger, and the one outlet I could access behind the bedframe was so loose that my USB plug actually fell out of the wall while I was sleeping. The A/C unit, located directly above the bed, periodically made an extremely loud noise. The room was also poorly lit, with essentially one small bedside lamp plus the bathroom lighting. At the same time, there were no window shades adequate to block the morning sunlight, so sleeping in was impossible. The bathroom layout was particularly frustrating. There was very little clearance between the toilet and sink, and every single potential surface—the window ledge, sink edge, toilet cover, etc.—was sloped, leaving virtually nowhere to set toiletries or makeup. Most surprising was the complete lack of housekeeping or visible staff. There was no turnover service during my five-day stay, and I did not see a single staff member the entire time. That also left basic questions such as how to obtain fresh towels or additional toilet paper unnecessarily unclear. For a property hosting multi-night stays, these are not minor inconveniences; they are basic hospitality and functionality issues. If you're looking for accommodations in the area at a similar price point, I would strongly recommend the Four Winds instead.

Location, clean, quiet atmosphere and the room was comfortable and worked fine for what was needed. The refrigerator was a plus. Extremely hands on which was fine with all the instructions and signs everywhere, however, it would have been nice at times to have a little more staff available to ask questions. Otherwise, nice place.

Good things: the room was clean (nice sheets; nice, comfortable bed), great air conditioning. Not so good: paint was peeling in a few spots; the walls and ceiling are paper thin. Our room was in the basement and we could hear the person above us stomping around. This might be a great place for skiers in the winter, but for a summer trip, I cannot recommend.

This is NOT a 3 star hotel - not even close. There was no one there - no one working and no one staying. The place looked abandoned. Door was unlocked and room keys were just out on a table near the front door. The place was a disaster inside.

It was decent. We could hear everything in the upstairs room. The exterior seems like it could use some work. The door to the room was a bit thin. Bed was comfy everything seemed pretty clean and lounge and outdoor area looked cute. Breakfast was pretty good and dining area was cute.

This is an older property, so soundproofing is at a minimum. This didn't bother us; we're pretty sound sleepers. Overall, this was a great value and convenient for my husband's work. We would stay here again if we're in the area :-)

There were very few guests while I was there so no one seemed to use the very nice common room. My bedroom was comfortable and included a mini fridge. The staff was nice. This was a great value.

Great views, comfortable clean rooms, friendly owner. Excellent value for the price.
-
No shades on windows. No tissues. Poor pillows. Hot tub not working. Terrible breakfast

We enjoy the area and check in and out is quite easy. The heat pump was going on and off and made a loud sound and everything seems somewhat dated. We did enjoy our stay.

I arrived to find out the inn was closed for a privare event. Had to find some other place to stay at 11pm. Im still waiting for my refund.

What a wonderful little spot! Really encompasses what staying in Vermont should be! Well done to the staff! It felt like a home away from home.
