    Beautiful location.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Quiet setting nestled back away from the road, with a super friendly and helpful staff, clean room and a delicious hot breakfast with a beautiful sunrise view from either the dining room or on the balcony. We had a great little vacation and plan to return in the Fall!

Pool was under construction but the property had been update and wa in a great location. Peaceful and quiet. The best part was the restaurant onsite and the weather. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family.

Customer Service was top-notch! Super kind & pleasant employees were more than happy to give recs of nearby destinations and adventures... all were polite to answer so many of our questions…was neat learning the history of the Inn, too. Building and grounds were so clean and quaint! Rooms were spacious and comfortable… Felt like stepping back into a different time & place; so many great little corners to relax, read, enjoy coffee and/or a drink. So close to great trail heads and fun towns, but far enough into the mountains for wonderful nature quiet and clean crisp air. An amazing retreat!

Very unique and cozy inn, historic properties and character. We enjoyed the breakfast with the view every day in a very nice location. Either library or the main dining area with great service. Just recommended an extra seating or a love seat In the room and maybe a warmer tone of décor. Otherwise, it's great value.

Quiet and peaceful with good views. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very welcoming.

I love the location. The hotel used to be my favorite place. Now they are changing, and seem to be getting rid of the history. It has a wonderful story about the man that built it. Now they are going towards a Holiday Inn feel. I've never stayed there with just a mattress and no bed furniture. They used to have some of the most beautiful furniture in the rooms.

Doing new renovations and it is very peaceful and calm! They are taking away the large indoor salt pool

The property is 10 minutes up a mountain that is located near lots of cool restaurants. The staff was exceptional, they were such kind people. If you are looking for that picture perfect, mountain experience, and simple beauty then I highly recommend this place. Some of the rooms are basic and some are more upscale so truly you get what do you want. There was a lot of construction going on while there so we didn’t explore the property as much as we’d like. But all the more reason to come back.

I found myself just sitting there, soaking it all in, feeling grateful for the peace, the beauty, and the way this place makes you slow down and truly *feel* the moment. Everything here is just done right, the cleanliness, the incredible food, the attention to every little detail, but what really makes it unforgettable is how they make you feel. Seen, cared for, and completely at ease. I can say this with my whole heart: this is the only place I can proudly recommend to anyone. It’s more than a stay, it’s an experience, and one that I carry with me long after I leave. Already counting down the days until we’re back in July!

Great place to get away, lots of privacy and away from the crowd

    Historical charm Very cold hallways

Love the location and inherent beautiful views. Love the cozy fireplaces in the lobby and in dining room (library.) Food was tasty and creative. Staff was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the nearby MTS trail some say is their favorite part of it which descends and ascends making for a great workout with lots of variation on the trail itself. Wish we could have tried the spa which was under construction. Perhaps next time.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Each member of the staff treated us like family, respectfully and kindly. and most of all with beautiful Smiles! We are so grateful to each and every one of you for making such an effort to make everything perfect! We had an amazing experience and look forward to our next stay there at The Inn at Crestwood. We are so sad that we actually had to leave for our regular lives. We wish you the very best! Thank you all! We can't wait to return.

Everything was perfect. Your front desk staff who then turns into your restaurant staff who then turns into your housekeeping is definitely a keeper, she was doing the job of easily four people and did it effortlessly.

It was beautiful. Great view and cosy. The sitdown breakfast was really tasty and they have cute little fireplaces in the dining areas. They have stairs and an elevator, which is nice and it has a really nice cabin feel but the rooms were very updated and comfortable. We were there when it snowed and it looked absolutely beautiful on the grounds. Shout out to the staff for being super friendly and welcoming and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a family stay. The only thing that we wished was available was the pool and spa but they’re doing renovations so we would definitely come back and be excited to use those amenities.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Facilities have not been kept up. Pool/spa were closed and it didn’t look like they were working towards fixing it. It just felt a little run down.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Overall, the Inn was beautiful. The views were outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise (Eggs, bacon, quiche, biscuits etc). I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the Inn that the Gym and Spa were under construction- I wish this was told to me when I booked.

The location and the food were great, the staff was very helpful, and the inn was very nice.
