This place was bad the lobby is very nice the first person that was there was kind. However the hot tub is very dirty sand and nasty on the bottom also not hot it was luke warm. Then we go to the room we rented a king bed suite with hot tub in the room. For my daughters birthday. Went into the room and found bugs all over we went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They kept trying to get us to switch rooms. I told them no I was not interested because if there were cockroaches in one room they would be in all. Overall still waiting for refund and will not return.

The windows to the pool and around the entryway were filmy and dirty. The entire hallway of the upper level hotel rooms looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a couple of weeks. (It's possible all the rooms are upstairs -- keep this in mind if you're not steady on your feet or can't carry your own suitcase up a long flight of stairs.) There was very little for decor which made the run down feel feel even more....intense. We only needed a clean bed to sleep in and a place to shower, so in the end it was fine, however, if you are looking for more than that, you may need to look elsewhere. If you are the owner of this franchise hotel, I'd encourage you to do whatever you can to freshen the place up and to improve housekeeping in the common areas.

“Hot” water was a bit of a stretch, but it did come up to temperature after a bit.

The room was comfortable. The hot water was not functioning correctly - it was lukewarm. The motel was undergoing renovation, and the cleanup wasn't very thorough, the hallway had a bad odor.

Our bed mad a LOUD popping noise every time I moved, I got in/out of it. Turns out the bed frames are some sort of metal, which made a popping sound like someone banging on pipes or something. Was pretty ANNOYING! They didn’t put out anymore breakfast food, yet they still had one hour plus left for the complimentary breakfast. That didn’t bother me as much as the bed situation though. But they could probably use more staff so that they can keep up with guest services as well as the complimentary breakfast, because the guest service person was also having to work the breakfast.

In my room the flies kept coming in and it was hard to have a relaxing sleep.It was annoying. I've spoke to the staff and they gave me a fly wand to get rid of the problem. I laughed so hard but didn't say nothing else. I hope they can get rid of that problem. The air conditioner gave my room an old smell when turned on so I kept the window open but didn't help as much donde we have the Canadá fires and it was just not very pleasant but understandable. Other than that is a nice place. The pool and jacuzzi are clean.

Staff was very gracious and helpful. Lots of renovations happening right now, so hopefully things will improve. My original room AC didn't work, so I had to change rooms. Staff was very accommodating, got a room upgrade with no added cost. My room was clean, but lots of flies, maybe because all of the renovations? Also the pool was closed for the same reason

The breakfast was barely average for a motel. The rooms were clean and everything was in good shape.

We have been coming here for at least 10 years. We were a little disappointed this year as they seem to not have employees helping with getting the breakfast in a timely manner & also not having enough food at the time they were serving breakfast. The staff was friendly, hot tub was nice. Room was somewhat clean.

Beds were so so. part of air conditioner was broke, shower curtain sagged.
