“Hot” water was a bit of a stretch, but it did come up to temperature after a bit.

Everything was great and the help were awesome

The staff was incredible. So nice and helpful.

The room was comfortable. The hot water was not functioning correctly - it was lukewarm. The motel was undergoing renovation, and the cleanup wasn't very thorough, the hallway had a bad odor.

Our bed mad a LOUD popping noise every time I moved, I got in/out of it. Turns out the bed frames are some sort of metal, which made a popping sound like someone banging on pipes or something. Was pretty ANNOYING! They didn’t put out anymore breakfast food, yet they still had one hour plus left for the complimentary breakfast. That didn’t bother me as much as the bed situation though. But they could probably use more staff so that they can keep up with guest services as well as the complimentary breakfast, because the guest service person was also having to work the breakfast.

In my room the flies kept coming in and it was hard to have a relaxing sleep.It was annoying. I've spoke to the staff and they gave me a fly wand to get rid of the problem. I laughed so hard but didn't say nothing else. I hope they can get rid of that problem. The air conditioner gave my room an old smell when turned on so I kept the window open but didn't help as much donde we have the Canadá fires and it was just not very pleasant but understandable. Other than that is a nice place. The pool and jacuzzi are clean.

Staff was very gracious and helpful. Lots of renovations happening right now, so hopefully things will improve. My original room AC didn't work, so I had to change rooms. Staff was very accommodating, got a room upgrade with no added cost. My room was clean, but lots of flies, maybe because all of the renovations? Also the pool was closed for the same reason

The breakfast was barely average for a motel. The rooms were clean and everything was in good shape.

We have been coming here for at least 10 years. We were a little disappointed this year as they seem to not have employees helping with getting the breakfast in a timely manner & also not having enough food at the time they were serving breakfast. The staff was friendly, hot tub was nice. Room was somewhat clean.

Beds were so so. part of air conditioner was broke, shower curtain sagged.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was a mess as it was being renovated. Did not like the beds because they were too high to get in and out of.

This hotel is being remodeled and there’s quite a bit of work going on in the daytime. Some mud and drywall dust in hallways. Service was great and staff was helpful and courteous.

Location good. Horrible scramble eggs, horrible bacon, sausages ok. Coffee ok

Hot tub was nice. Breakfast had nice choices. Staff is very friendly.
