Everything was clean and hassle-free. Crystal at the front desk was super sweet and helpful.

How nice the staff was ..plus how close it was to every place we needed to go . The cleaning wasn't the best . The first day we walked in we could tell the shower wasn't cleaned it had a wash cloth from the previous people who had stayed in the room before us. Plus sheets were left in the hall overnight down from our room . The pool had green film on the bottom of the pool. It's a beautiful place, I would stay again .

Easy to get to. Older motel. The bathroom had mold all over. It was on the tub/shower area, around the tile floor. They either painted or glued something to tub bottom to make less slippery. No shampoo or conditioner after 1st night. Light bulb out at door entrance. Breakfast was ok. There's nothing to brag about. They only had 1 waffle machine, and it took almost 3 minutes to bake. If there's a family ahead of you, it would take about 10 minutes to get yours started. That's a long wait. The waffle batter was too watery. The person in front of me had to make his twice because they kept sticking and couldn't get it out in 1 piece. The beds were hard and old worn out. It appeared clean until you used a black light. There was what appeared to be body fluid on a wall. I looked at the reviews and thought it would be a nice place. I dont know why anyone would give this location a good or better rating. Also, at check-in and out, there were no luggage carts. This is a 4 story hotel. They have 2 carts. It appears people just keep in their rooms. There should be a tracker on them or fee accessed if not brought back. Lastly, the elevators were extremely slow and no ac or not working. It is so hot inside even more noticeable since they are slow.

Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit.

The breakfast was not available on Saturday; no bread, baked goods, fruit, yogurt. Only bad eggs and small pieces of bacon. Not what Hampton usually provides. We are a travel Softball team so had 10-12 rooms for 2 nights!’ On Sunday breakfast was back to Hampton standards!’

Location was convenient. They were stains on the curtains and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

This hotel always is in tip top shape. We stay here couple times a year. Maybe a little more expensive than others but we're always glad we stayed here

While definitely an older property, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Met our needs!

We come to Shreveport/Bossier often to see family and this is by FAR our best stay yet. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They understood the importance of small details. The property is clean and quiet and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. We will definitely be considering this hotel again next time we come down!
