Reviews
-
Great location for the lake
-
Pleasant room and helpful staff. Not a separate restaurant but all had casinos first. Near Hoover Dam and an hour away from Grand Canyon west.
-
Great staff and clean rooms. Would be nice to have an actual restaurant vs 4 bars serving different style bar food. Other than mediocre food all else was great.
-
Bathroom needs updating too. The walls need a paint job drastically.
-
Good value, reasonable room rate, spacious rooms, clean rooms, several in-house shopping and dining options. Only thing missing was modern in-room convenience outlets for charging cellphones, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
-
Decent hotel with view of the lake.
-
Tired motel with no cafe. The Bighorn Cafe was the property's greatest asset. It sadly closed. Crappy microwave food available.
-
The staff at the front desk was great at solving a problem with the reservation!
-
Great place to stay and bring the family! I will definitely be coming back again!

The room was very dark.
-
Unique location for this property. Easy to access off the highway. Staff very friendly. We did not get a chance to use all the ammenitites.
-
Great location for Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Wasn't able to utilize the most amenities as we were only there overnight. Rooms were tired and outdated with very few outlets for today's modern technology. Dog friendly.

Hoover Dam Lodge has always been a great stay for us. It was unfortunate, that the COVID restrictions, (ordered by the Federal Government), caused Hoover Dam Lodge to loose its fantastic Bighorn Cafe, and other great services. Though the Cafe is gone, there are some other great choices to satisfy our hunger.

Courteous and professional staff.
-
Only thing is the ice machine situation but that’s not to bad
-
My hotel room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly however, not a single person knew anything about the players club card benefits. My husband and I asked several different employees and not a single person knew nor could they direct us to someone who did know.

No food choices very limited if u use it for lake mead it’s great less then 5mins from park just disappointing no food places n the water is very hot no control they says it’s because of the water tanks being outside but he pool is cold just saying

Rooms were very clean and large compared to other hotels. Website advertising says 5 restaurants on site. Not true. 5 Casinos on site with food available is what it should say. Hotel smells of smoke because of smoking allowed at Casinos. We stayed on 8th floor and it still smelled of smoking. We stayed in a no smoking room and you could still smell smoke from the hallway. Pool area was immaculate and pool excellent. Staff very polite, helpful. Very close to Hoover Dam. Would not stay again due to smoking policy.

Always a good experience 👏

Room very spacious, very clean had a great view for a wonderful sunset. Just wish the general store had more breakfast options like packaged Danish or donettes.
