Room very spacious, very clean had a great view for a wonderful sunset. Just wish the general store had more breakfast options like packaged Danish or donettes.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and easy to talk to

The room was very clean and spacious. We were on one of the floors that had recently been renovated. The woman at the front desk Barbara was so sweet and so helpful and went above and beyond with our stay there. I wish every hotel I checked into I could deal with someone like her.We were only there for one night, passing through on our way to Las Vegas. The food options on site we're not great, cheap reheated bar food. The pool was small but awesome. It was nice to be able to cool off in the sweltering heat. The hot tub wasn't working and was roped off but since it was 118° outside I didn't exactly mind. There's a couple of different casino areas. This place sits right outside of Boulder City and there are a few good restaurants and diners in Boulder City. If I'm ever in the area again I need a place to stay I would definitely choose this place again.

Overall, it was a great location, and the price is good. Rooms are clean the only real below average amenities are Limited Ice availability- Restaurants staffed light and limited menu Items available. We did not have any meals inside of the hotel property Friendly staff

My room was on the 12 floor with a lakeside view, and the view was beautiful. The lodge is a short drive to Hoover Dam and a shorter drive to the Lake Mead lookout point. The Lake Mead recreation area is also very close by. I stayed for a week at the lodge and it was great.

Close to Hoover Dam, clean, friendly staff Lack of restaurant access for people under 21 at the location.

Clean room, the lake view deluxe room was ok view wise but I would not pay extra for the view as it was a half view at best from our room as you had to stand in the corner to see it diagonally. Could I see the lake? Yes technically. Also slots are really tight. The pool was lovely on a hot night and the spa also did not disappoint.

Very cute hotel, good location and very clean. Gabriel in points bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve had. Very nice, upbeat and definitely made a difference. If he worked nights we would have stayed another night. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Bartenders weren’t very friendly or upbeat in any way with the exception of Gabriel. This made our decision not to stay a second night.

The pool was amazing. Reception was too. I wouldnt call the dining restaurants, more like food you can find in a gas station and throw it in a microwave. General store was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean

This was a girls trip to do paddle board Hoover damn & Colorado river. The staff were extremely accommodating, kind, & informative. Blazing paddles is conveniently located in the lodge. I would definitely stay here again.

Considering it was a casino hotel and we were a four person family it was a great experience . The outdoor pool was nice for the kids with a great view from our room . A quick drive to the brewery, monster museum and foxs bbq all must stops while there . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back !

Stay was fun

The hotel itself is VERY out dated and feels like it’s on the verge of shutting down. When we went to the food counter at the little store, we were told the ice cream machine wasn’t working and they were out of hamburgers. The ice machine wasn’t working so we had to get ice at the front desk. The players club counter was shut down. But you can get a card from any bartender. When we got coffee in the morning, they were out of creamer. The staff was nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is a cool old building. It would be great if they did some major renovations.

Room and staff were great. Only issue is the lack of quality food choices.

Also they got rid of the coffee shop so we had to travel into Boulder City for a meal. We will have to find a new place to stay in the future that doesn’t have cigarette smoke. 💨
