The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. It was pricey and far from popular area.

The keys to any property's value for clients are 1) staff 2) quality of room 3) parking. In all three areas, Fairfield shines. The staff is excellent-on duty all the time, cordial and clear in their communications and helpful. The quality of the rooms, including the air conditioning and cleaning people are well above average. Parking and location excellent.

Room is clean- breakfast at 2nd floor. I was needing hot water for my tea and no hot water. Can be improved. Location is near residence.

Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front desk for assistance. While the TVs in the room were very large screen, it was impossible to figure out how to use them with the most complex remote controls I have ever seen! Finally, as a person of "some years", I felt very uneasy in the shower with lack of adequate hand holds and a slippery floor. This was a concern for an extended stay.

We really enjoyed the stay....

While well reviewed here, our room was certainly an exception to that. The light bulbs were dull. There was no window to the outside. The floor lamp was leaning over. The king bed room was not advertised as a handicapped room, and the handicap shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. There was little space on the counter in the bathroom. I could feel the springs in the mattress when I sat. There was no night light in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay at best. Honestly, I've had better stays in a Super 8.
