Exactly what I expected near New Orleans, plantation and airboat tours operators

The staff were very nice. In our first room, there was an infestation of ants. They moved us, but the rooms still just didn’t appear to be in good condition.

The room wreaked of animals and musty, pool was located right next to the front entrance with no privacy, the fire alarm kept giving a high pitched beep every couple of minutes and no one was available to fix it, and the lock on the door was broke

Service whet the key was really bad on all doors And have to go to front desk every time..

How clean and fresh the hotel was. The fact that it was dog friendly was a huge plus. I loved my stay. Nothing negative to say about it.
