There was no breakfast and no vending machines even though both were advertised. There was no TV service. And I had to pay $50 extra for my two small dogs (15 lbs and 9 lbs) even though the floors were ceramic tile instead of carpet so it is impossible for my dogs to have caused damage, which they did not and would not have anyway.

The vanity mirror was upgraded and had nice lighting Stained towels, lumpy bed, flat pillows, no blanket- just a flat sheet.

Bed was hard pillows where flat and the ac made god awful noise all night

Door was not secure, it locked but was not a tight seal BY FAR, which let in ALL the noise from outside. Different room would have been better. Fridge was not plugged in and a bug crawled out when I opened the door, which I promptly killed. No other bugs were seen. In room coffee was ok, bed was comfortable and AC was good.
