The room had visible dirt on the floor. I went in and immediately started sneezing. Everything else was okay

Cleanliness, great breakfast, good sized indoor pool!

We stayed for one night only for a family event. The hotel seems to have been upgraded; the lobby, pool(very nice pool; the front desk staff has to open the door to the pool, though), and parking lot are clean. The front desk employees are all super nice and friendly, greeting us during check-in and check-out. The free breakfast is also a bonus (eggs, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, classic continental breakfast). However, our room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a dirty sock (not mine) under the chair, a weird mold-looking stain on one bed, an unknown stain on the other bed, and a dirty tissue and toy under the headboard. The bed is the most important part of a hotel stay for me, which directly led to the low-star review. We didn’t request housekeeping because it was late (past midnight; we put a towel on the stained area to avoid touching it). I did report my findings to the front desk staff. I would suggest that the housekeeping staff check the room more thoroughly in the future.

The check in staff was so helpful. My sister who was traveling with me, is very nervous to go on elevators and the staff was really accommodating in finding us a first floor room. This was greatly appreciated. Very friendly and helpful

We liked the convenient location and that they had an indoor pool as it was to be 95°+ all 5 days we were staying..( the main reason for choosing this hotel). When we checked in, they had a sign stating the pool was closed for repair!! We checked the sign each evening when coming back and it was finally open the last night we stayed but it was after 10pm by then , and we were unable to use it..As it was 1 of the reasons we picked this hotel, it really would have been nice to know before we booked!! The first night, after a long 5 + hr drive, we turned down the covers to each bed (as my wife and I like our own bed ), and 1 bed had a few seemingly fresh blood stains on the sheets..so we carefully inspected the other bed and found it to be clean (hopefully) and slept together in it..we notified staff 1st thing in the morning and got an apology and housekeeping sent up to change the bloody sheets, we also asked for 1 extra towel each day and were informed they would leave a note for housekeeping to leave extras but they never did, we had to go to the front desk and ask each day..

The beds are extremely comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was nice. $50 too expensive for the location.

Clean spacious room. Convenient access to things.

Hotel was good. Was bummed when checking in when told pool was closed. Main reason booking was pool for kids. Stuff happens, we survived.

Room was spectacular

Breakfast was ok, but the pancakes maker was out of batter, and no employees were in sight.

Location to event was nice. Front desk staff was not helpful. Had no towels for our room and had no idea when towels would be available. Did not offer to bring some to our room once they had towels. Lack of staff made any chance of early check in not possible at 2:35. Upon entry at 3:00 for check in, not one was at desk for almost 5 minutes due to lack of staff. Side door near pool was propped open which was a major safety concern. Dead bugs were littered throughout the pool. Will never stay in this hotel under current staffing and management.

It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The breakfast was terrible and the tv’s don’t connect to the internet so I wasn’t able to watch any streaming apps; not a great selection of channels available either.

This was an okay stay. Nothing glaringly wrong but nothing particularly great.

The room wasn’t ideally clean. The sliding doors to the shower didn’t work correctly. This property has been under a state of being renovated for several years now, not sure what’s taking so long. It’s in a charming rural setting and very close to on and off the interstate (I-75) and works perfect for our needs despite its minor shortcomings. The staff are very nice and will help in any way.
