Clean room , no kitchen in this unit at least , no unwind area in this room. Ice machine is at front desk. Idk. WiFi is hit or miss. Mainly miss

Nice and clean beds were comfortable. I will be back soon on my next trip!!

However, I was disappointed with our experience on the first night. We arrived from California around 12:30 a.m., and unfortunately the front desk staff member did not offer any assistance. Since there were no rooms available, we had to call an Uber and go from hotel to hotel late at night looking for a place to stay. At another hotel, even though they also had no available rooms, the staff kindly invited us to sit in the lobby while we searched for another hotel and even offered us coffee. That small act of kindness made a big difference. For future guests, especially women arriving alone or late at night, I hope your staff can offer a little more support and hospitality, even if no rooms are available. A simple gesture such as offering a place to sit while arranging other accommodations would be greatly appreciated.

Good customer service and easy to find

Wifi wasn't great. The floor could of been mopped before we got there. Pillows were not great.

I stayed for 3 days and coffee was only available on the first day.

The room was clean but the ac in the room was either really cold or really hot. In the middle of the night the ac just started making really weird noises. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t a big deal but it was a bit annoying. The elevator was not working due to maintenance.

Pillows could use an upgrade!

Absolutely love staying here it’s our second time and was just as great as the first time

there are construction workers making extremely loud noises after 6pm which i have never heard of and construction management is what i travel all over this country doing staff was 100% unhelpful i literally had to go to the workers myself and get them to stop working it was 7:30pm and a $10.00 a day resort fee just absolutely ridiculous Stay Away never again

I only stayed one night and it was excellent. I would definitely stay again. I feel very comfortable and it was just perfect for what I needed.

It's doesn't have Iron. They charged $10 that they didn't put on the website.

Nice place to stay in.

Air conditioner VERY LOUD Kitchen- no napkins or paper towels, only one dish towel. I needed to use tissues as a napkin while eating. Only one chair at desk - no tables or chairs for eating. A room with kitchen should have a place to eat. Coffee packets not replenished daily. Ants and insects- I threw out cookies that became ant infested. Other flying insects throughout the unit. Online check-in is a joke. I had to repeat the whole process in person when I arrived.

Nicely done

The grounds are lovely, lots of tropical trees and shrubs. The room was bright and cheery with a small fridge (no freezer) and small but decent kitchen type sink. Space for hanging clothes and towels needs improvement. They have part of the parking lot set aside for larger vehicles, like my rented 12 ft truck, which was very helpful. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was ok, no sheer curtains behind the black outs so we couldn’t open the curtains and the black out curtains didn’t close completely so you have day light early in the morning, the ceiling in the bedroom was peeling and probably the worst pillows ever. Overall I’ll give the hotel two stars.
