This was a great hotel for our family for a soccer tournament. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good! I wish the pool was warmer or they had a hot tub, but otherwise a great stay.

There was absolutely NOTHING to like about this property. It was a horrible last night's stay to what was a great trip up until that point. Everything, the location was horrible and much farther off the highway and outside of Bozeman than what was listed on the website. From what I understand the hotel is supposed to be smoke free, yet the ENTIRE property smelled like weed, from the parking lot to the hallways. The staff was completely incompetent and robotic when we expressed our concerns, and told us to call Booking.com if we wanted a refund, apparently the actual hotel won't do any same day refunds, which is a complete circular reference. They also wouldn't let us see our rooms before we checked in, which was a complete departure from the 5 other hotels we stayed at in the area. Once we did go up to the room, the thermostat in one of them didn't work. We were told by the front desk attendant that they could offer us fans because housekeeping, maintenance, and the manager had gone home for the day . . .at 5PM. There was only one person working on a busy Friday night. We were offered a different room, which we took. However my parents room had noisy neighbors ALL night and when we called the front desk to complain, no one answered. This was by far the most expensive hotel of the trip, and the absolute worst one we experienced. We stayed at hotels with lesser ratings and had a better and more enjoyable stay. It goes without staying that we will NEVER stay here again and will never stay in another Hilton hotel again. The manager was supposed to call us the next day to review our concerns, and as of 2 days later, we still haven't received a follow up call!

The Breakfast was very Good, Food was well prepared and above exceptions. Parking was very good and Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Booking site did not explain the nature of the room or all the appliances, etc

Incredible hotel with perfect amenities for an overnight or extended stay. Staff was friendly and positive. Uber from airport or downtown Bozeman (cool western vibes) around $25.

Room was very spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. We did not stay for the breakfast.
