The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day, and the pool, bar, and restaurant created the perfect place to relax after exploring Anna Maria Island. The location is also very convenient—close to the beaches, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or anyone looking for a fun, comfortable Florida getaway.

We were welcomed at check in, our room was ready early and gorgeous!! The hotel as a whole was beautifully decorated and so welcoming- coffee or water on offer in reception. Games and books on offer. Complimentary breakfast- which was great. Towels for the pool available as well. We ate in the hotel on our second night, our meal was great. And both nights of our stay we sat in the bar area playing games with our children. It had a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Would 100% recommend and return.

The room was clean; however the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The breakfast had a variety, but it was the same every day. The only thing that changed was whether there were pancakes or French toast. There is plenty to do around the area, so there should be something for everyone to enjoy.

Do not go to the Fish House next door.... food is overpriced, gross, the restaurant is dirty and service is horrible.

We were just passing through but stayed fit two nights and would definitely come back. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and great location.

Estábamos en familia y, la verdad, nos gustó mucho la atención, la limpieza y la hermosa vista desde el balcón, que era muy relajante. Lo único que quisiera mencionar es que las camas son un poco pequeñas, pero para dos personas es perfecta y durante las noches sentí un poco de calor. Fuera de eso, tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.Definitivamente regresaría nuevamente.

The positives: clean hotel and rooms, great pool area, breakfast is a major plus. The negatives: no ice, we stayed here because it had a breakfast option but the breakfast was not good at all and no variety, room service did not come for 3 days.

Have been booking this hotel for 3 years now. Everyone is so helpful and always a very clean property. Our family loves this location too.

The front desk staff were gracious and super helpful. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The servers and bar tenders also amazing. Chris was our waiter at the Floridays restaurant along with the next day at the pool. Great server with a tremendously positive attitude. The room was very clean and enjoyed the coffee and complimentary breakfast both days.

We were disappointed with our stay. The housekeeping staff was not welcoming and rarely acknowledged guests, even with a simple greeting. I requested an extra playpen when making my reservation, but it was never provided. The room itself was in poor condition. The bathroom floor was damaged, dirty, and appeared to be coming apart. Our room also had only one small window, making it feel dark and cramped. Given the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. Overall, the property feels outdated and poorly maintained. We also attempted to speak with management regarding our concerns, but no one was available or willing to address the issues. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again or recommend this hotel would.
