The location is great. Right on the beach. Parking is very limited. Getting in and out is hard. Busy road can make it tough. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom. Not a single clock in the room either. A broom in the room would be nice. Being right on the beach makes tracking sand in inevitable. Aside from that, everything was really good. Staff was beyond helpful when needed. The view was worth it all.

I received at text from Karol T. the next day checking in to see how everything was going and I happened to be having a minor issue with the hot water heater in my room. Ivan, from maintenance arrived in 20 minutes and took care of the issue quickly and with lots of care and concern. A walk outside right onto the beach, my own table and chairs on the deck, and beach chairs and umbrella. Just perfect for the restful vacation I was seeking. Last but not least, the comfiest bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I will return. I found my little slice of heaven.

Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.

Don’t stay upstairs because the you will be asked to keep it down. Which we were asked several times to keep the noise level down. One night just opening the sofa bed and the next day in the afternoon. The property is not even updated.

Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks.

Rooms were very clean. Nearby restaurants, and convenience stores made it perfect. Rented a golf cart to go up and down to the beaches on Ana Maria awesome. Staff was very helpful with information and if we needed anything, they were there to help. Will be going back soon.

Excellent proximity to the beach. Stay was pretty nice. Except…. They need to install a water source for each unit to rinse sand from your feet so you don’t track it inside. Also the shower and feet rinse at the pool was broken. We had soiled linens left from previous renters as well. Not sure I’ll stay here again.

Would be nice to have a cooler available to bring over to the beach

Locate the and the staff. The room was nice lots of towel to use. Parking was in front of the room so it was super convenient. Air-conditioning was super nice. Super huge TV for the room. Overall great stay. Could have a microwave because sometime doordash take for ever to bring food. The fridge is not cold l. Glass door could use one way tint for privacy. The blind for the door should be side slide instead of rolling up & down for easy access.

AC issues. Not Cleaned well. Sand in the room/ inside of cooler.

The hotel is wonderful, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing, and it’s the ideal place to fully enjoy the beach.

Great view and access to the beach. Hard to back out of parking spaces. Small pool. Staff was adequate.

The only issue we had was there was a $50 fee for early check-in. we arrived at 12:30 but could not check-in until 4:00

My feedback is regarding the fine details, which were lacking. We were issued USED fabric wristbands, which act as door keys. Please don’t give me a dirty wristband that a prior guest used and has visual dirt and wear marks. That was the first impression — and it was not good. If you want to reuse a door key, that’s fine — but I don’t want to wear (or be issued) a gross wristband clearly used by a prior guest. Upon arrival, there was a visible sweat ring on the side table, not cleaned properly, along with visible wear on some of the toiletry labels (change them out when they get worn looking), the back deck wasn’t swept and the lounger cushions had sand on them. The lack of attention to detail makes a mediocre experience. Oh and the folks in the unit above us sounded like a full on stampede because there’s no sound barrier between the floor and ceilings. We could hear every footstep and it wasn’t light gentle footsteps. Full on pacing and walking in the morning and at night. This place is a 3 star hotel charging a premium for the view. That’s the disconnect for me. I’ll pay a premium but the experience and details have to match. There are many hotels that charge a similar price but they have a higher standard of cleanliness and detail.
