I never write reviews, however, my experience has compelled me to do so. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bradford for a week while I traveled for school and I was extremely impressed by the kindness and service. I’ve been to many hotels over the last few years and typically, my room was cleaned every two days (if I was lucky). However, I took notice that my room was cleaned every two days and touched up in-between. I was so grateful to come back to a clean room after a busy and trying day. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful. Shoutout to Maddie for always being a ray of sunshine! Parking was easy and plentiful and the area is safe. I highly recommend staying here!

Breakfast was great and fresh! cook was very nice and polite! Front desk clerks were awesome!

The bath tub/shower was VERY slippery. They need some type of floor grip. Lightening in bathroom was light and yellow in color.

The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, the room was awful. The beds were hard, the bottom of the shower was poorly fixed after it cracked and the toilet leaked to the point water completely leaked over the entire bathroom floor. They fixed the leak quickly, but the beds were terrible!

Breakfast was great It was too warm in the dining room. I asked to turn down the heat and they said the thermostat was locked.

As there was no availability anywhere else we had no choice but to stay in the hearing impaired room with no bars in bathroom. I have Parkinson’s and it was very difficult to use the bathroom in that room. Shannon did finally offer no charge for our first night. Room the second night was what I thought we had booked for 2 nites.

Staff was welcoming and the room was spacious and clean. The coffee was very good.

2. Upon leaving I requested a receipt as there are charges that will need disputed. I was told because I booked with booking com that I would have to get my receipt from them. This has NEVER happened to me before. I use booking.com a lot. If I'm to have all these problems, what's the point! 3. Booked 2 rooms, we were on 2 separate floors. Booked 2 full beds and 1 king. The rooms were not right. Overall that set the tone for my whole stay there. I don't like being overcharged, in this economy no one can afford to be!

Coffee was excellent Our mattress in room 109 was hard as a rock. That was the only negative of our stay.
