Poor quality of towels. Plus had to wait hours to get them. Workers smoked weed in their cars. Too much was closed. Pool disgusting green muck and it was in the mid 90s.

Breakfast was good Well after unpacking, leaving and coming back I realized that Thea/c wasn’t working. So had to change rooms. The second room bathroom door wouldn’t open had to have management open it for me. It was stuck and would only open a certain way so I was never able to fully shut it. There was plaster from the ceiling on the corner floor of the room. Housekeeping never came on the second day. I even asked to see if they were going and was told yes. Needed coffee cups , toilet paper, towels. Had to get towels from front desk late that nigh

Property was clean but a little outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options nearby. would definitely recommend this property. Water was hot and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

Staff at check-in friendly, although process was slow. Room very nice, modern, and clean. Breakfast was bad. No one was working that area. Food was mostly gone. Counter areas and some tables dirty. It was like somebody had set everything out at 6:30 then went home. Disappointing.

Staff was kind and courteous. Very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel had been beautifully updated since we had stayed there several years ago. Christmas decorations were beautiful and so festive and welcoming. Hats off to the decorator! 10/10 for us.

The air conditioning system is my biggest pet peeve for a hotel room and made it nearly impossible to sleep. If it's going to be set in such a way that the customer doesn't actually control the temperature of the room, we should at least be able to have the fan running constantly. All four of us were exhausted the next morning. The breakfast was good, except the dead kitten laying poolside right outside the window, certainly put most of us off our appetite, and of course there was no one at the front desk to inform.
