Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with a new reservations that we have for a stay in September.

Like that, it had a pool for my kids to play Pretty much, the whole experience was very uncomfortable. The facility was not that clean. There was moldy coffee inside of the coffee makers. The bids were broken and sunken in the center.

Nice place, but upsetting how the price at this property changes!!! My aunt lives in Brandenburg & we have stayed here before for 1/2 the price we did this one night. Nice place & great breakfast!!!! Love Brandenburg!!!!

The property was fine overall and the staff were very kind. Upon entrance to my room, there were a few negatives about the space that I think should have some attention. The room was very humid and had a mildew smell. The carpet was wet near the A/C unit, which is where I think the smell came from and the bathtub was extremely dingy and stained. Aside from that, the bed was very clean, neat and extremely comfortable. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’m not sure I’d choose to stay again.

I didnt like that our room wasn't properly cleaned. The coffee pot still had old coffee grounds in it. And then the chair down in the cracks had chip crumbs etc that were not ours. We also had lost power with the storms through the night so it we were hot most the night.

Pros: Friendly staff. Easy parking. Convenient location. Basic breakfast. If you want biscuits and gravy roll the dice.

Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. While unpacking they told us to excuse the mess as they are doing renovations. We said no mind… until it was 8:30 at night and they were still making a bunch of noise doing construction. The lady on shift was in the same boat as we were and I was appreciative of her, but the construction or renovation crew was rude and tried to tell us they were ordered to work through the night. I for the better lack of words raised hell to their manager, they were doing the construction on piping that was right in front of our room. It was very inconvenient and very unprofessional. We won’t be staying again. Not to mention the bathroom we had, had mold along the tub, the hotel room smelt musky with a hint of bleach, and the pool didn’t work. Thanks for the stay but we won’t be coming back.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice enough. We were on vacation from Florida. We were in a severe car accident the day before our stay. We had to unload everything from my sister's car and some items we needed from my daughter's car into the room so we'd have them after we bought a truck the next day load everything into. We were injured from the accident and there was NO ELEVATOR and we had to carry and walk everything up the stairs.. If we were 20 years old and not injured, it would have been no big deal. Being 56 and hurt from a car accident, that was a big detractor. We were in a pinch and had to make due with what was available in Brandenburg. Btw - The "Tell us a little more about the aspects you experienced during your stay (optional)" section of the survey doesn't allow clicking any of the icons.
