When I checked in I was told that I had to pay $7

The Staff that helped us was very personable and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. No noisy street noise. The price was very reasonable. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others as well.

We always stay here whenever we go to Branson. But for some reason this time was not as good as it usually is. The bed was super hard, the air conditioner was messed up and kept making the loud noises all night. Every time it kicked on it sounded like some big machinery was moving through the room. We didn't get the room we usually get so the aesthetics were not as good as what we're used to here.

I liked how quiet the area is. Off the beaten path,makes it very easy to navigate the color routes and miss the traffic!

Everything, the breakfast was complete and delicious. The room was cleaned and comfortable. I enjoyed everything

The property was very clean. It's an older hotel, but it was well kept up and no weird smells. It was all good. No complaints

The room we had was a great place to just chill and read or sleep which is just what we wanted. The o Lu thing we don’t like it the air freshener in the room. We are both allergic to them and it was very very strong. We put it I. The hallway and left the door open for a bit and it was better. Next time we will request it is removed the day before we come.

Complementary laundry was very nice; housekeeping was excellent. Air conditioning worked very well on a very hot day! The back door was not locked to outsiders. Everything else met or exceeded expectations.

The breakfast was really good the guy that cooked it was very wonderful I think it is very out of date.

Room and staff were fantastic. The only improvement would be to the breakfast area. On the weekend, they ran out of several items. The biggest issue: there isn't enough seating for everyone so tables were set up in the entryway. This made it crowded for anyone entering and leaving the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Check in was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is off the main strip yet close to everything.

How easy it was to find everything I love everything about the property

Clean rooms, first night we slept well. Second night a small kid was jumping and running, kept us up late, next day woke us up early jumping and running. Other then we n that it was a good value to stay there close to everything

we have stayed here several times in the past year. we like the idea that we see the same employees there each time. everything is always clean and well cared for. all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Property is dated but clean. Mattress was pretty uncomfortable. Skip the breakfast, looked unappetizing. Not bad for the price if you just need a bed for the night.
