It is a very nice motel for the price paid. The breakfast was fine with plenty of choices. The room was clean and maintained. We didn't use the pool, but it looked like it was very clean. The only issue was that there were no safety hand rails in the shower area. There were slip resistant decals on the shower floor but it was still slightly slippery. The facility may have rooms for those that need assistance but we did not request one. We would stay there again...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and accommodating for our stay. I would recommend adding or changing the options for the daily breakfast, my family quickly tired of the same options each morning.

The hotel itself is ok for a budget hotel and it's generally clean. However the amount of Marijuana smoke was unreal on the second floor. We had to put towels down at the door to help with the smell. We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1. The manager or owner, idk, asked if we were checking in. I said no we're leaving early and I explained that for a non smoking hotel, signs posted, that it wreaked of Marijuana. He just gave me a look and said thank you. Not the reaction I was hoping for. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was older and the beds were hard but it was very clean breakfast was amazing and they have free washer and dryer which came in handy for us. Staff was friendly but hardly seemed to be at desk

Needed a place to stay while in Branson, and while it's not fancy, it's definitely comfortable and very affordable with the deal we received.

Room was very clean, the air conditioner was very cold but definitely recommend

The property was fine Had an issue with the hotel at check in. Breakfast was supposed to be to be included and I was told by hotel management that it wasn’t I ended up paying for the breakfast and Expedia paid me back.
