Amazing. Comfortable. Easy access, wish we had more time there. Great for families.

Everything was perfect. Location was great and the property was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. We will be back.
-
Great location and excellent house That the water slide and splash park weren’t running, but it is off season so understandable
-
Lots of space, perfect for families!

Washer and dryer, jetted tub, Water pressure was low. Getting hit with a time share right away. The bed were extremely uncomfortable.
-
We liked the privacy of the houses. The house was spacious & clean & a nice location.
-
I also don’t like to be pressured into a 90 minute presentation when checking in.

Great Property!

I liked the set up of room. I was disappointed the splash pad and water slide was not open. That was one of the reasons I picked it. The wooden floors were very dirty. The chair upstairs was broken. The nozzle in upstairs tub was loose and got hit in the head. The coffee pot was on for 30 minutes and didn’t even make a half of cup. I had to ask for toilet paper and paper towels twice. I asked for a toilet seat riser and nothing no phone call even saying that there wasn’t one available, If everything was fixed I would go back.

Before you can get your keys you have to visit with someone trying to sell you a bunch of crap. Oh well finally got the keys 30 minutes later. 1 hour after getting there my father in law girlfriend fell down the steep stairs and broke her femur. 6 days later, 1 surgery and a hospital stay we went home. Now Nantucket won't communicate with us at all. So sad.

Our air was not working in our unit and they upgraded us to a different unit at their other property before we arrived! Great service, great place to stay!

You pay for the room two weeks before your due to be there then when you get there, they ask for more money so when you don’t have the money, they don’t give you a room, but they also don’t give you your money back

I liked the location being close to everything without being in the crowds. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well for being 100 degrees outside. Was not well stocked. No dish liquid, no pancake turner, no dish rag, just two hand towels, No stopper for the whirlpool tub upstairs. Smelled really bad on the front porch like sewer. Floors were really scratched up. Trash on the sides of the porch and steps. Back door lock was really hard to lock at times.

Very affordable and family friendly resort. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Staff were friendly and courteous and the check-in process was very easy. Accomodation was very spacious and offered us everything we needed. My only gripe is that there was a leak in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms that had water dripping down from it onto the floor.
