Our family group has stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years. On the most recent trip we had 6 people staying in 2 seperate rooms. The price is reasonable & it’s really close to Silver Dollar City. There is a shuttle to the park a few times a day (schedule is in the office window)

The room was very clean easy to get to, pool was amazing

Light by bed was broken tiles on the floor were popping up toilet was loose. TV did not work. Wi-Fi would not connect. No staff on site smelt smoke all night long no water pressure just a place to lay your head.

The good part was that It was a very affordable option and close to the park. The negative is that the AC didn't do any good while the sun was up. It barely blew cool air. It was obvious that the floor hadn't been cleaned and was covered in something like dog hair. And last, We chose the kitchenette option to be able to cook breakfast but there wasn't a stove top as advertised in the pictures

1) The floors were filthy dirty. Walking barefoot or in socks blackened the bottom of our feet. This was not just in our room. We had family staying in two other rooms...all of them made your feet black. The floors are vinyl. I am wondering if they ever get mopped clean or does housekeeping simply sweep. I saw an electric broom on a housekeeping cart, but no mop. 2) Our TV did not work. All the input options displayed as not connected, even though there was a coaxial cable running from the wall to the TV. It was securley attached. That wasn't too bad, though, as we were busy most of the time anyway. For the price and proximity to SDC it is still a good deal. But, the cleaniness is a concern.

The room itself was great, the process for check in was horrible. The contact less idea is good but I never received an email from the lodge with my room information. I went through Expedia, so if you book a room just make sure you call them or the lodge ahead of time to get your information, especiallyif you are coming in late. It's a great location if you are going to Silver Dollar city, literally less then 2 minutes from parking.

It is a great place to stay if you are going to Silver Dollar City. It is close to Branson and Branson West. If you are looking for fancy this is not for you. If you are looking for a great value this is it.

The freezer in the mini fridge needed to be defrosted and cleaned out. When we booked we booked a kitchenet and we did not get that room. We only got a regular room with utensils. I think that should be advertised instead of showing a picture with a small kitchen.

It was a room There was no staff to help you. We were not told it wasn’t a lodge. Individuals from different states had bought a room and then rented it out like an Airbnb. There was no staff there was no help.

Other than that it was okay.

We only saw a staff member to get change for laundry then we e ded up with a machine that didn't spin so we had to transfet the sopping clothes to a other washer. The guy upstairs with 3 dogs made loud noise day and night. The towels were used a week because you never see anyone

Was a nice private stay, but definitely not a good place for handicap. Climbing the stairs was difficult and there was not an elevator.
-
Room would have been great, however the floors were not clean at all! Had to keep shoes or socks on at all times. Rest of room was clean, you need to mop your floors!

Requested a 1st floor room because of my problem with stairs,Put us on the 3rd floor,Room was not clean,Food left in fridge from previous people

This is a great stay for SDC. It's very reasonably priced. We only sleep and shower there.

Our room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor. No breakfast at this property even though it's advertised. No staff after 5 p.m. and during weekends.

This is an older property with a rustic vibe with a hunting lodge decor. The room was clean, neat, and the bed was comfortable (my wife travels with a 2" foam topper that she used). The property manager provides a code to open the door but in our case it didn't work. With a phone call the manager promptly contacted someone on site that accessed a key for us so check-in went well. We were traveling through so this was just a stop over and not a destination for us. A good shower and tub combination provided the strong shower I enjoy and the bath that my wife loves to relax in. This was a good stop for us and we would have loved to stay longer to explore the area better.

I was not able to use mu issued code at all , the door code we got from the office phone helped us to get in , until about nine thirty to nine forty-five this Morning, when we wanted to take one final look it would not let us to enter to verify , that we had gotten everything out of the room

Room was clean and spacious. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Pizza place next door (in bait and tackle shop) was very good; short but steep walk. Ice machine worked great; plenty of hot water at decent pressure in shower. We checked in around 9:30 at night; there was no staff present but they sent a message through expedia about the lock code to our room. Wifi password was in pretty small type on a magnet on the minifridge; I almost missed it. Office was still closed when we left the next morning a little after 8 am.

The staff was wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful.
