Room would have been great, however the floors were not clean at all! Had to keep shoes or socks on at all times. Rest of room was clean, you need to mop your floors!

Requested a 1st floor room because of my problem with stairs,Put us on the 3rd floor,Room was not clean,Food left in fridge from previous people

This is a great stay for SDC. It's very reasonably priced. We only sleep and shower there.

Our room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor. No breakfast at this property even though it's advertised. No staff after 5 p.m. and during weekends.

This is an older property with a rustic vibe with a hunting lodge decor. The room was clean, neat, and the bed was comfortable (my wife travels with a 2" foam topper that she used). The property manager provides a code to open the door but in our case it didn't work. With a phone call the manager promptly contacted someone on site that accessed a key for us so check-in went well. We were traveling through so this was just a stop over and not a destination for us. A good shower and tub combination provided the strong shower I enjoy and the bath that my wife loves to relax in. This was a good stop for us and we would have loved to stay longer to explore the area better.

I was not able to use mu issued code at all , the door code we got from the office phone helped us to get in , until about nine thirty to nine forty-five this Morning, when we wanted to take one final look it would not let us to enter to verify , that we had gotten everything out of the room

Room was clean and spacious. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Pizza place next door (in bait and tackle shop) was very good; short but steep walk. Ice machine worked great; plenty of hot water at decent pressure in shower. We checked in around 9:30 at night; there was no staff present but they sent a message through expedia about the lock code to our room. Wifi password was in pretty small type on a magnet on the minifridge; I almost missed it. Office was still closed when we left the next morning a little after 8 am.

The staff was wonderful! Very accommodating and helpful.

Probably what I disliked the most was being charged a $25.00 property fee. Not sure what that was for because there was nothing to that property, especially parking spaces! I do not recommend this property and I will not stay here again. There was one thing good and that was that it was close to Silver Dollar City!

Nice hotel and good price!

The room was in pretty good condition. Some of the metal in the shower and on hanging bar for clothes were rusting. It provided plates, cups, and silverware. One of the plates clearly hadn’t been cleaned but everything else was great! It didn’t hinder the trip at all.

The room was clean and there were snacks & coffee pods for our convenience. There was an extremely helpful binder with information about the room, who to contact & what to see, where to go. Parking was easy and we were never more than 20 minutes from any venue. The only thing that could've been added was a wifi network since we were sure it said there was wifi. We would definitely go back! Wifi network would've been nice so that we could bring up the tickets and venue information for booked excursions.

We decided to stay another night and the manager was so helpful in arranging us to do so and keep the room we were in

My family loves staying here. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and professionally.

Water is feels sticky in the skin

Location to SDC and transportation excellent. Kitchen plates and silverware, soap and sponge to wash dishes. There is microwave and toaster. No hair dryer. Our refrigerator was frozen but they came right away thawed it and cleaned up. Very kind and helpful. Staff on sight to help.

The bathroom had black mold on the walls. The toilet was coming away from the floor; The bathroom needs a total remodel to remove the water issue.

You are getting exactly what you pay for. No check-in instructions or property information sent unless you ask. Property has many (mostly it seemed) long term residents. Humid rooms with little to no hot water. Loud neighbors and dogs in residence moving at all hours of the night. If you’re in a pinch like we were, this is a good option, but if you’re as beat as we usually are coming back from a long day at SDC, comfortable accommodations are essential.

The biggest complaint we really had was that the showers in both rooms didn’t drain properly and the water barely warm. But could have just been an issue that no one had been informed of.
