Hotel needs to replace some of the mattresses. We had to change rooms as one was caved in. The next room the phone didn’t work at all. The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is our go to when traveling there.

Great for the price. We attended a wedding and stayed overnight. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Front desk agent was super nice! We will definitely stay again when visiting Branford.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. They were welcoming, warm and helpful. I was traveling with my kids and the front desk staff especially made them feel welcome and helped ease any anxieties associated with long travel. I travel to this area regularly and will use this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast was pretty good and I love those coffee machines.

3rd floor room water took approx 15 minutes to warm up for shower. Pressure terrible. No way to change input on tv to use roku stick and available channels very limited.

Wasn’t thrilled I had to go but my AC went and it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was great with one big exception, and that was the internet. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and we loved the chocolate chip cookies and the breakfast.

Property is old and just has a cosmetic facelift.. Bathroom felt dirty as well.. Breakfast was just okay but the breakfast space - tables and chairs dirty and completely worn out.. this is the worse Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.. 2 star properties are better maintained

Need a water refill station. Lemonade stand was a bonus however. Breakfast choices were excellent. Coffee as well.
