Camp like feel in a remodeled motel. cute decor, sponsored by Yeti(?). I loved the hammock in the room.

Staff were very friendly, kind and very nice. Breakfast and coffee were pretty good, service was excellent. Another favorite was hanging out at the firepit which was exceptional and a memory that I will cherish. Thank you much. NA

Comfortable bed, location, delicious coffee The small bathroom, and the shower tips
-
the fun equipment (hammock!!) and the easy going atmosphere were super nice. the free city bikes are super helpful to bike into Breck during the day no air conditioning under a metal roof without any insulation.
-
great location and dog friendly. way to costly for what you get. very cramped and needs updating
-
I liked the fact that it was basic, but yet accommodated the region and activities associated with the area. For example bike racks in room. Like the camp fire. Cozy. No air conditioning. I guess it is probably not needed, but one family member did not sleep well.

hammock in the room are nice touches. Dirty, horrible bed, no space to sit down on toilet ( it’s 1 foot away from the wall) it’s like an RV toilet, bad food (my burrito was frozen in the middle).

We absolutely LOVED the hammock in the room, that is just so fun! The coffee shop is super cute and the staff was friendly. We also loved all the amenities for outdoorsy stuff. The bike rack is so cool and convenient even though we didn't use it. I was a little disappointed in a few things with the amount we paid. The shower is pretty small and kinda gross. The door chain in our room was attached to a tiny piece of plywood that could easily be ripped off. THERE IS NO A/C. Gladly it was a rainy cool weekend so we could prop the window open. They do provide a box fan. Also, the bed was horribly uncomfortable.

The location of the property was fine, communication excellent, parking, etc. was just fine. It is an ideal base for trips towards Grand Junction through Independence Pass (and if it is closed, using the highway). The room was quite basic. Suitable e.g. for skiing (some holders even in the room).

the set up is easy to pop in and out and a coffee shop on location is great I ended up cleaning the floors myself since they were so filthy, bed felt ancient and sloped in the middle. I know it caters towards outdoorsy people but we deserve clean rooms too.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The room was small but comfortable and pleasant to be in. We were allowed to check in earlier. Self check in was great. The cafe was excellent There were a couple of dirty towels in our room. Otherwise it was clean
