Our stay was a quick weekend getaway and I wish I knew how great the place was before we booked. I would have booked a couple more days! It’s located in a perfect, beautiful location right off the mountain. The amenities were such a plus; great pool/hot tubs, bowling, billiards and restaurant bar. We hope to go back in the winter!!

Amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with fireplace and balcony. Really beautiful property and so nice. There was a fair amount of construction during our stay, so lots of trucks beeping/backing up. I do wish upon checking in us Iowans had been warned by hotel staff about altitude sickness and how to treat it. We both got very sick our first night, but once we talked to the hotel staff we used the oxygen bar and they were very helpful. Just wish we could have enjoyed our stay more. We did enjoy the alpine coaster and beautiful view!

Pool is great. Sauna and steam bath is a plus.

The breathtaking views from our room balcony (slope side) and the outdoor hot tub were nothing short of spectacular, showcasing the stunning landscape that surrounds the property. Waking up to such natural beauty made every moment special, and we spent countless hours simply soaking it all in. They offer covered parking which gives you an opportunity to take advantage of the FREE gondola ride to downtown Breckenridge. It provided a unique perspective of the area and was a fantastic way to explore the local shops and attractions without the hassle of parking. However, a word of caution for summer visitors: while we enjoyed our stay immensely, we did encounter thunderstorms that led to the temporary closure of both the Epic Discovery Center and gondola rides. It’s worth keeping an eye on the weather forecast, as it can affect outdoor activities. Overall, One Ski Place is a gem, perfect for anyone looking to experience the magic of the mountains. The facility was great we would definitely come back and stay here. I think the hotel restaurant could definitely improve but I get it tons of great restaurants in Breck. Our patio was great but was covered in bird droppings a few bird spikes would alleviate that issue. Other than that the place was great. The bowling alley was fabulous the spa was great and if you work out you will really enjoy the gym.

We had a great stay! So nice to have the Gondolas right outside to go into town and the free shuttle services also with the super convenient app. My only complaint is the activities at the adventure park were way over priced and we couldn't eat at the restaurants in this hotel because they were closed or the chef didn't show up. We had to go next door to the other hotel which was fine

The location and cleanliness of the property were exceptional. We had a truly wonderful vacation. This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in, and the maintenance staff—especially those responsible for the garage—should be commended. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and we would gladly stay here again.

The beds were not very comfortable. The rooms could use some updating.

Everything including people and value Nothing

Special mention to a young man who manned the midnight shift counter on 7/11/26. My husband and I, who are both seniors were having a hard time sleeping and breathing because of the elevation. At 1:00AM, we went downstairs for oxygen. We have never used oxygen before. This young man hooked us on the machine and after 15 minutes, we felt better. I did not get his name. He is a black young man. Thank you.
