One Ski Hill Place, a RockResort, by Vail Resorts

Nice hotel. Only thing disappointing was the gondola was not running for Ocktober fest. We were there 13 years ago for the fest and it was running. Made getting in and out of town so easy. Plus we just enjoyed riding it.

The property exceeded our expectations. The views were absolutely amazing, and the entire resort was clean, well-maintained, Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The combination of the beautiful property, incredible views, clean accommodations, and exceptional staff made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times and enjoyed the room floor plans by ourselves, with grandchildren, with family. When we came in October we didn’t realize the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner would be closed, the gondola would not be running, and the entire area in the back of the hotel would be dug up. Possibly my fault for assuming services would be in place. We still like the room layouts but felt like the facilities were getting a little dated.

Everything was great but because it was the off season the restaurant wasn't open, the gondola wasn't operating and the free buses were not available. We loved the location and the place itself but wish we would have known ahead of time about the off season.

This place was amazing! We will for sure be back, the room was HUGE! Two full bathrooms and a bathtub! The fireplace felt great even when the temp wasnt really that cool, the washer and dryer in the room, the whole kitchen with a gas oven an stove was super nice! Oh did I mention it had a 2 lane bowling alley on the property that is part of the room rate! We will for sure come back and stay again, they were doing some construction next door but it wasnt very loud in the mornings... full 5 stars!

The only downside was that the water in the showers did not always get hot, which was a little inconvenient. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend One Skill Hill Place to others looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

The room was spacious and beautiful. The outdoor hot tub was clean and relaxing. The bathroom shower drain was clogged and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable.

With views of mountains and the shuttle to Main Street was the best! No worries about parking, hop on hop off with the app. A great service. Inconvenience: Our room was a studio (very small for all the furniture they put in there- great balcony patio! The bed was in a very cramped corner and it was NOT A QUEEN SIZE made for terrible Night’s sleep. The shower spout leaked when you turned on the shower which made the tub not drain. This caliber place should have hand held shower option. Still a beautiful place wish our experience would have been better.

We also enjoyed the spa with sauna, steam room, 2 indoor pools and 2 hot tubs( one inside and one outside) . Fantastic weekend getaway!

Condos were lovely and well equipped. Shuttle service was great! Very nice pool and hot tub. Great front desk staff. Construction site next door was loud. Had to run the water for at least 10 mins to get it hot. Colorado is in a severe drought folks!

Negatives: construction next door, took away from the view at least in my stay, hotel restaurant doesn’t have many options and food taste was just okay.. overpriced for pizza or mini burgers. Also, they are supposed to only clean the room only for stays 5 nights or more and stays shorter than that just take out trash and change out towels, but in 3 nights they skipped our room service all of them, room looked messy and trash smelled from leftovers.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made it easy to relax after busy days. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We stayed in a one-bedroom condo with our kids and were pleasantly surprised by how well the space worked for a family. We had enough room to spread out without feeling cramped, and it was easy for the adults and kids to share the space comfortably. Overall, everything felt well cared for and made our stay genuinely enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.
